What do you like best about the product?
There are several reasons why I like this data recovery tool and one of the main ones is that it is able to act quickly in the event of errors or disasters that can put our applications used at risk to give life to our businesses such as Mailchimp, Zendesk, BigCommerce and others, also has an extremely fast installation in which it only takes us a few minutes to perform this process and is able to perform daily and automated backups so that while we develop our sales site or perform Some activity we are sure with this software and the best thing is that it does not matter if we were wrong to make any changes because we can undo it quickly and simply that is why I consider that this restoration software is really complete because it does not only support the information but is also able to undo changes that are not desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
The restoration can sometimes take a longer time than expected so in order to avoid this long wait this process must be carried out during the night, in addition its prices start being small but they can increase so that it can limit its use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having this tool with us is really good, since I can keep my Zendesk or Mailchimp applications backed up on a daily basis, being ourselves the ones who establish the moment when the creation of the backups is carried out, I can also not only make a backup of my information in case of errors or some disaster, also if I make a change that I don't like, I can undo it thanks to the rewind function offered by this software, this is how eliminating unwanted changes can be simple and fast .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the use of this tool since it is a very easy to use and install software and is capable of carrying out the data backup of the applications that we consider most important for our business so that in the event of any error we can rest assured that Our information is protected.

What do you like best about the product?
For some time I have been searching for a software that allows me to make backup copies in order to recover lost files and undo unwanted changes in an easy, fast and secure way, sometimes Making a manual backup by exporting files CSV is a complicated process that takes a long time; and even some applications can remove items in the store, which makes it an exhaustive search. but my search ended when I found Rewind backups. Undoubtedly it is a highly qualified software that allows me to create backup copies very quickly and this is thanks to the fact that it works automatically, it also works in the background and does not interrupt my activities. I would also love to highlight that it has a unique and intuitive interface that makes it easy to use and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not find any negative characteristic that I dislike, although it is true that it can be a bit expensive, in my opinion its acquisition is worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since I started to implement it in my work routine I feel much calmer since it allows me to be sure that all my most important files are very well supported.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Human errors, malicious attacks or software failures can cause downtime in e-commerce, generating hours of lost productivity and effort. so it is better to have software like Rewind Backups that allows you to be calm at all times

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software called Rewind Backups because it allows you to create backup copies very quickly and this is thanks to the fact that it works automatically, being able to generate automated copies on a daily basis which is a great advantage because this is achieved save time and a focus on other daily activities, it has a very simple interface so it is easy to handle, its configuration is very simple and fast so any user can do it without having to go to an expert in this software, in addition Not only does it provide a backup of information but it is also capable of recovering files being a really simple process, once the files of our interest are recovered we can carry out a rewind of them which causes them to return to their original state and everything is We can support information for tools such as Shopify, BigCommerce and QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rewind Backups is not a perfect software, so the aspect that I do not like about this useful tool for the backup and rewind of information is that it has very high prices so that for very small companies it can become complicated to use since its cost is a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a good decision to carry out the implementation of this software because it allows us to rewind backup copies for Mailchimp and so our account of this tool is backed up so that if an error occurs everything we have will be safe and in case We want to undo changes we can do it thanks to this software that is able to return files to their original state and everything in a very simple and safe way so an investment in it is worth it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using this software because implementing it is saying goodbye to having to deal with the export and import of CSV files, while with Rewind Backups you can backup files from Shopify, BigCommerce and other tools through backup copies that are created all days automatically and if you want to undo a change in them you will not have inconvenience because with it it is simple to return to its original state a file because it provides a rewind function.
