Very simple "set and forget" backups for Gihub

What do you like best about the product?
Rarely has onboarding for a backup product been so simple. Easily links to your Github organisation, identifies your repositories and then that's it, it just runs in the background and hopefully that's all the interaction you will ever need with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently struggling a little bit obtaining invoices for my finance team, however, I am sure this is something they will be able to sort for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides peace of mind over risks of catastrophic loss of Github repositories.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind solves our repository backup problem, and solves it well. Easily restore or export to a point in time from a trusted company. Their support is superb. Fast to respond and followed a difficult sitution to completion. Will recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the cheapest solution, but the result is you can restore in less than 5 minutes. Too bad I cannot bold the 5!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup and backup compliance. Business continuity.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind is a fantastic way of mitigating against loss of data for your Trello boards. Technical support was supberb! Federica was assigned to my case and followed up intently to ensure the problem was resolved on time, even setting up a virtual meet to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue.

She possessed high technical accumen, good understanding of what the problem was, and had a drive to expeditiously resolve the issue. More companies can benefit from this high quality of technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to see a button for See my boards (Trello) in the Rewind landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mitigation against loss of data on Trello boards due to errors in moving data on the board, protection against cyber security threats.

Easy to use application, great support team

What do you like best about the product?
So rewind does meet all our requirements. GDPR compliance being one of them. Features are easy to understand. I had a minor issue which we had caused our selves but wasn't uncommon in the process, this issue is common because of how atlassian doesn't enforce the use of service account for backup tools and the team helped me out great. All though it took a little time too time differences. We solved our requirements. With virtually no time wasted escalating the issues and clear instructions on what their team needs from us. For the application it self, it is pretty straight foward. You run your application and the back up stars running. We also discussed briefly how to prevent this issues for others in the future. And the team have let known they will make the improvements suggested. With all hurdles taken away now on our side it's very easy to intergrate in our backup for both Jira & Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that just is a slight inconvience for us is that the only date format avaible contains AM/PM times instead of 24 hour clock. And the slightly overwelming first view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a backup tool.

Good value; easy to set up and configure

What do you like best about the product?
Gives us confidence that we have regular, recurring backups for our IP. This simplifies our compliance posture + practice. The fact that it "just works" behind the scenes with no intervention is pretty much the definition of what we want with any backup solution, and indeed, that's what Rewind delivers.

It's excellent value for the money, and kudos to the Rewind team for not cranking the price up when you inevitably have to migrate from GitHub Teams to GitHub Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I would change about Rewind Backups where GitHub is concerned is that the GitHub Enterprise signup could be improved. Rewind is seamless for non-Enterprise, but you have to exchange some emails for an Enterprise subscription. All-in-all it took like 1 business day to be up and running, but there was more friction than for regular GitHub Teams.

I'm guessing that's a limitation of the GitHub Enterprise platform, and not something the Rewind team can do much about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to back up critical IP, and we're required to by the various compliance regimes to which we subscribe. SOC2, for example, has requirements around backups, as does ISO27001, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I am grateful that the team at Rewind were so quick to respond to my questions, and rather than directing me to where I needed to go, they took charge and completed it for me. Very impressive service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really found anythign I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind. I store my program content in Trello and Rewind is there to make sure that I never lose it, or if a team member was to accidentally delete something that I can get it back again.

What do you like best about the product?
Feeling that our tasks are safe and communication with support is easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot change invoice information on your own or have a list of all the invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Trello backups of our internal tasks, which can be restored in case of some critical problems.
