So far, so good.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful to have all my alerts showing up in one place, with filters provided to make sure I'm seeing what I want to see. The alerts are comprehensive and beneficial, giving me a great at-a-glance understanding of what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been slightly difficult to filter out noise. It seems to require more effort on my end to ensure that devices and networks are configured to eliminate this. It would be nice to see more ways to filter that out from within Lacework itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework helps us solve our cloud security problems by providing us with necessary alerts and details about our different accounts. Since we utilize multiple cloud services, it's extremely beneficial to have all our alerts from each service in one place.

Laceworks is a valuable tool if configured correctly
What do you like best about the product?
Laceworks provides a lot of information that is actionable in a clean, relatively easy to use interface, that allows us to have better security and alerts for our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration and update process is not as intuitive as I would expect for a service that is this expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laceworks provides a clean dashboard into vulnerability management of the cloud and containers.

Centralized solution of how my Cloud resources are being used.

I have nothing to declare. Anything that was asked for support was answered quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework helped me to have a visibility of all my Kubernetes cluster, generating detailed reports.

The UI allows me to see cloud activity without having to pivot into the cloud provider's console.
They offer a dedicated slack channel which gives me direct access to support and questions

The UI has many sections and it can be difficult to navigate to find something as simple as a hostname
The alerts are single events and customizations are not straight forward. Not able to disable certain alerts without disabling an entire category.

I'm able to see the acivity into my cloud environment in terms of activity events and cloud configuration which helps me protect my environment and detect suspicious activity.
Lacework covers the entire cloud environment and takes minutes to deploy

Lacework compliance monitoring allows you to align with any standard you wish.
The AI-powered behavioural analysis is very impressive.
The host agent is lightweight and plug-n-play in any environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Writing custom policies currently is quite manual and requires reading some of the documentation. I look forward to seeing this new feature built out more and added to the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lacework agent give us the ability to understand potential security events on a host, machine, application, user and process level, providing top-down monitoring while reducing false-positives by learning our environments normal behavior. This saves our security team time, to focus on new controls and improvements and avoid time-wasting false-positive alert triage.
We have up to date cloud complaince posture visibility which give us peace of mind that our assets are configured security and continuously monitored for potential changes which may make them vulnerable. We can pull professional reports based on inustry standards to provide to our customers or management team to show our current cloud posture. This is extremely valuable!

This tool is a game-changer. Its fantastic alert system and easy-to-use interface save us hours each month. Generating reports is a breeze, and it helps us easily address prospects' security concerns. It's the perfect solution for anyone looking to streamline their cloud security process and focus on what matters - their product. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking to optimize their workflow and ensure their cloud infra is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the platform does not demand any configuration, but during the learning phase from your platform, there might be a few false positives. Nonetheless, the Lacework team's consistent support lessened the impact of this drawback. You should expect a transition period while implementing the solution, but it is ultimately a beneficial tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, we rely on Lacework to produce compliance reports for our customers during security assessments and due diligences. With Lacework's capability to detect any unusual behaviour, we can focus our attention on improving our platform, knowing that we will be alerted if anything needs our immediate attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Investigation and the ability to see the resources and the correlation with the apiCctions is a key feature for us. Polygraph is one of the most efficient graphical interfaces with AWS logging I've seen. Great insights!
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSPM scans only happens every 24 hours. Hopefully, this time can be reduced in the near future so some alerts can be raised faster than waiting a day to get critical information.

Showing alerts for all compliances like CIS, PCI DSS is default security requirement for any enterprise nowdays. Lacework delivers it with great details.
Polygraph gives so many insights about the environment with just a few clicks.
Scanning ECR repositories, showing vulnerabilities, showing which cluster is using those images, ranking the severity of CVE, and giving remediation for the exposures is fantastic. It provides more detailed information than many solutions in the market.

Clever Solution for Securing your Cloud Infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Lacework is the wide variety of services offered to the customer. The CSPM section is very complete, offering rules that go beyond the Security Standards demand. The rule customization is effortless. Also, the Polygraph is a great way to have visibility of the EKS environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point is the time range that the tool updates the CSPM alert status, which is 24h. The best scenario would be Lacework updating the alerts status in almost real-time, by analyzing Cloudtrail Log events. But I was told that this feature is being developed and will be launched by the end of this year.

It helps the companies to have visibility of the environment, the most critical resources and how to fix them. It allows the security teams to take action when necessary, by giving recommendations.
