Great tool for security monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Good overview of Alerts and functions. Easy onboarding of Agents. Great support
What do you dislike about the product?
little complicated onboarding for AWS Organization Advanced Agentless Scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spend checking Logs, more time for the important Alerts.

Lacework Very Good, easy to use. Very good dashboard.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement and use. Has very good dashboard and reports. Support is very good as well, you get prompt replies and issues resolved. You will not be disappointed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Everything works as required. I have no issues and from users I interact with I have heard of no issues. Everyone is quite satisfied with Lacework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework identifies vulnerabilities very good. The report we get is easy to read and understand. This way we can correct right away any vulnerabilities that are found.
Inaccurate Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI; information is relatively easy to find without needing multiple screens or windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vulnerability alerts lack any contextual awareness and are therefore completely unuseful noise and a drain on productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudTrail monitoring; other providers do not provide that functionality.
Great security platform with outstanding after sale support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how humanized they are. The platform is great but the support we received from their after sales team (a.k.a implementation team) was outstanding. Many other competitors make you buy and then leave you and your team on your own. Lacework really cares about your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular but I recommend other leaders to have focus. Lacework platform can find a lot of security risks in your product. You chose what needs to be fixed first. You own your roadmap and what is important to your businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework is helping Lawnstarter to become more secure every day. Lacework reduces the noise allowing the team to be more efficient. Lacework alerts us on new vulnerabilities shifting security to the left.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of implemeatation.I really like a visibilty into all aspects of network beahviour and threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
whitelisting legitimate traffic and beahaviours is bit tricky and noise of false positive are high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring threat traffic to cloud based projects and servers. adding new projects as easy .various alert notifications and integrations. security insights and security complanice monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The compliance monitoring feature is very nice and powerful. it help me ensure my cloud enviornment is complaint with variety of standards such as SOC2,ISO 27001 andPCI DSS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particularly but User Interface was very difficult for me to navigate in the starting.but after spending more time. its very easy for me now. but could be more straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helped us in various areas such as in cloud misconfigurations, reduced risks giving informations such as open ports , informations about the IOCs and many more. its time saving as well.

What do you like best about the product?
wonderful cloud security management tool, I liked the dashboard visualizations. Also the resources section in the menu. the Vulnerabilities menu is also good in that gives a more clear view of the issues reported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacework needs to provide more details on the compliance dashboard section, but cannot say much about disability. I don't have much things to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports itself is a good input to take action. I manually monitor my cloud resources and the dash give me more details about the resources and create action item.

A game-changer is Lacework's ability to neatly separate the issues of cloud security. Its AI-powered threat detection is equivalent to having a 24/7 cyberdetective on staff. It is nothing short of amazing how it examines behavioural patterns to find even the most subtle irregularities. Lacework's vigilant eyes have got my back, protecting me from potential data breaches and alerting me to any unauthorised access attempts .
The automated compliance prowess of Lacework is one element that truly sets it apart. It can be difficult to keep up with the constantly changing regulatory environment. But lacework uses its magic wand to make sure that my cloud arrangements always adhere to accepted practises.

What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Lacework has been mostly positive; however, I must admit that sometimes it can seem a little too positive about security. A little bit of customization in the alerting system might be just what's needed to strike the ideal balance between rigorous security and a calmer notification experience.
Furthermore, Lacework's attentiveness to detail sometimes pushes me even while acceptable cloud experiments continue, since I love the challenge of investigation.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with the provider. Lacework is taking our needs into their roadmap and grows with us in a direction consistent with our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacework ises AI for behavioral analysis with turns out to be a blackbox to us. Sometimes, it's harder to understand why something triggers.
