What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of automating stuff to remove the manual human carbon from the flow! Special now, where Torq is leveraging AI to speedup even more our playbook factory!

Sometimes the UI is slow, when the flow is big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate all the manual tasks (like some phishing email analysis), with the help of AI. Currently Torq enchanted the prodeuct with capabilities like workflow builder, AI complete and data transformation tool which really helps teams to move even faster.

Torq is a very powerful tool, especially in speed of automating security tasks and it makes it a very important tool for all security operations.

Torq helps a lot in automation of security operations, thus our team can respond to threats in a short manner. I can say that I am able to investigate security incidents only by using Torq.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation playbooks we are able to create with the help of the Torq team. The automation of playbooks have facilitated many of the processes the SOC has in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing to dislike, the GUI is great and I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing automation, less manual triaging required to remediate malicious emails sent to users.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing that I like very much about Torq is its ability to connect seamlessly with other on-premise and cloud based applications and stacks. Also, the customer service provided by the team is very good and appreciatable. Torq also has a wide range of useful low code application development features which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
More number of knowledge base documents are required for new users to understand the platform. But apart from that I do not have any other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One main problem solved by Torq is the seamless security automation and low code application development. Torq is a major time saver for us and allows to easily improve our overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about this software is that you can work in different environments, highlighting the hybrid environments, implement this service in the cloud between all our teams was easy, the software is entirely versatile because we can handle it from a local environment, in the cloud or a hybrid system as highlighted above, Torq provides support for all programming and languages, scripts can be run very easily from any computer, is fully automatable, including the part of containers a very effective solution because we can automate and implement them without any difficulty in the process. The native architecture is special, the software adapts to any situation and is self-scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts used to identify suspicious software can be improved, the software templates are very repetitive, you can be more creative with these products and more widget options can be added, especially for analysis. I also believe that all Torq users need more training and an update from the academy on how to use the program would be helpful as we cannot find information about this software on the web. The current learning curve of the program needs to be reduced, we encountered some employees in handling the program who have found difficulty in some of the options provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to automate the security of our web workflow and found Torq to be an optimal solution for our company, we have reduced alerts greatly as security has been improved since implementing the program, our IT analysts are very satisfied with the results of the software, the dexterity and automation has allowed us to create a secure architecture for all our users, the integration with other products such as AWS, Microsoft and popular programming languages has made it very versatile within our infrastructure.

Torq, reduces manual work and pinpoints problems in workflows with AI
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform of hyper-automatization of security that is giving of what to speak by its security system without code, locating the problems that are generated in the workflows much faster than the tools of common use achieving this way to disminish the manual work since it contains a system of extremely effective bots that promotes the proactivity without the necessity to use specialized developers that are in charge to activate the workflows since this same one can do it through a line of command, of the same Werb or of its integrations with Cisco Webex or Slack.

Torq needs to expand its library channel so that companies that are hiring the service for the first time can obtain detailed information on all the virtues of this platform and a fre trial with all its functions so that can observe the potential of this platform for the management of workflows.

Torq has helped us to simplify our operations in one place since its platform not only has a great optimization in the security processes within the cloud, but it has also helped us to collect important data for making our decisions regarding the worflow since this same platform has minimized the time it look us to follow up on the problems that arose in each of the steps we had, now we can focus more time on the solutions that we can provide in order to obtain greater profitability.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is simple, and the interface is easy to understand, I like the customization of the input panel especially the dark mode, I think it gives a lot of personality to the program. The data transformation options are exceptional I think Torq is doing an excellent job in this section, the implementation and installation is very easy to do, and the support team has been friendly with any concerns of features about the software. Options such as drag and drop are a lot of fun and I love being able to perform these actions, frequent use of opportunities to create powerful workflows and automation make it a very complete tool throughout its structure. It can be used on a daily basis as it detects threats in real time, at all times the anomalies are controlled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modality they offer for the demo tests are not the best, they do not provide many options for a complete test of the program, the integrations are scarce, it would be very useful a cell phone application where we could manage all the threats, little information about the program, it would be very useful to have access to educational material to better understand the program, it is very simple, but I think they can improve the whole operation of the program in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a company designed to provide advanced technological services, in our case we needed a tool that would provide us with computer security at all times, so we decided to hire Torq and I must say that we are very satisfied with the operations and services provided, in our area development of web applications and websites we have been able to shield security all our projects obtaining a better customer confidence at all times, the detection of anomalies and elimination of the same are the main reasons for hiring security services, automation of the protection of all our servers and obtaining quality data has benefited us a lot. It has also allowed us to detect obsolete accounts and deactivate them, as well as requests to users to validate suspicious activities that we detect in their environment, the integration with chatbot for customers support is another important point we have.
