GIA Search is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to look into the sessions and then search and query based on distinct user actions or events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve takes some time as there is a lot of data to make use of

I am looking into improving resiliency of our application and addressing UI pain points to improve customer experience.
Great for our Mobile App
What do you like best about the product?
session replay and recorded session that allow me to debug hard to reproduce issues by looking at customer session replay to understand how he faced the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes apple phones and safari / chrome private browsing block the javascript and i could not find may session replays , we need a solution to have these session recorded even if 3rd party marketers are blocked

Finding the problems on our app and fixingthem according to their priority

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to see what my customers do when using the mobile app. Specifically, I use Glassbox to troubleshoot issues reported by customers and being able to understand how to reproduce an issue experienced by a customer allows me to understand the root cause and fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least in my experience and the way I use Glassbox, I would love to be able to more closely tie the behavior of the customer on the screen with the network calls made by the app.
The is especially true in those situations where reproducing the issue is not possible even after watching a video, Seeing the network request and response would help me immensely in understanding the root cause of the issue.

The best part about the Glassbox is the Recorded sessions!! More specifickly the details about the sessions. All API errors and issues are captured so it is very simple to reproduce the issues. Have to give a shout out on GIA - it is has saved me so much time

More and better customer facing trainings would be great and access to new features

Glassbox offers great insights into customer actions which helps us understand on how customers interact with our application.

I would like to see a dark mode since sometimes I feel the screen is too bright. More training videos on how to filter session and all the amazing features would be helpful.

What I like about Glassbox is it offers powerful session replay and analytics tools that help pinpoint user pain points. The intuitive interface and real-time insights make it easy to optimize the user journey, while detailed heatmaps provide valuable data for enhancing overall website performance and user experience.

It would be great to be updated more frequently on new features in the tool

We mainly use Glassbox to replay member sessions, allowing us to identify and resolve user experience issues more efficiently. It helps us understand user behavior, troubleshoot problems, and optimize our digital platform to enhance member satisfaction and reduce support inquiries.
