Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I have used IBM Maximo for many years and watched it grow into market leading EAM solution. Functionality has improved as well as user interface making it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Maximo install process still needs streamlining. Better infrastructure setup videos with IBM best practices

What do you like best about the product?
IOT and AI onramps - we need to connect to government systems, help desk systems, and other things that we would like to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disconnected capability in mobile is non-existing but our field techs rarely have wireless everywhere

enterprise level data sharing is just beginning

Maximo covers all aspects of asset management and offers many tools to configure the customers' processes.

The tool has some out of the box functionality to meet you AEM needs, but is also very configurable which is great,

Configuration isn't always stable after upgrades. Requires a decent amount of retest during patches and upgrades.

Presentations of AI and IoT, and how things going to change in having in real world scenarios for Maximo and Tririga

Nothing. Actually this is my first time at any conference so felt so good at all the things.

Maximo has many features that helps maintain the Asset Management life cycle. The feature that I like the most is how you can clone the out of the box application and clone them and make changes as per your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo is not user friendly. Most of the screens has lots of fields which are all not used. It requires many training sessions for the users to start using Maxio

Maximo has helped solve many of the Business problems , like allowing the capability to customize the screens. We are able to customize the work order screen to create a light version and the business is happy.
