What do you like best about the product?
The customizations and possibility of creating audiences with personalized data. Also the possibility of integrate most of platforms available at the market via API to Treasure Data
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack or delay of technical support when it's needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of creating any type of audience using what we have in our last layer. This creates the possibility of sending email marketing ou sms directly exporting the audience to CRM tools

Intuitive to use and very responsive support team. Regularly introducing new features to improve ways of working

What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and flexible, you can send a lot of data to the platform for unification & end-to-end usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be a joined project with IT as engineers are needed to fully utilize the platform. It cannot just be a marketing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to unify data across a number of sources for a unified golden record which can be used for marketing.
Easy to Activate
What do you like best about the product?
Once all of the connections to the database are set up, and everything is unified it is very easy for a non-technical person to use the platform, create segments, send data to platforms to activate, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a high level of technical proficiency to connect all of the back end data systems, however once it is set up, it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and securely activating audiences across different platforms for targeting. Targeting our first party data in Marketing always outperforms other audiences.

The frequency of use of the platform for our team and the ease at which it helps implement end to end solutions with the ease of integration makes it a wonderful tool on a day to day basis.

There are a lot of features yet to be explored and the customer support could be a wait worth while

It is helping us identify all the key measures we can take to keep our customers satidfied and loyal to our products and services. The mapping of the customers journey with our services is great feature of the platform.

It helps user access their data easily and helps different user to access their clients data for easier use and performing other techniques such as Marketing and operations. It has numerous use as customer data integration, help in prediction for sales, marketing, Retention etc.

It shows some error which takes a lot of time to get resolved which helps in the productivity and their is no proper guidelines to resolve the issue.

Treasure Data Platform is not a very simple plug and play. It needs complex data integrations that need a team to handle.

Treasure data platform helps us collect trunk loads of customer data, organize it, secure it and analyze and use it for improved sales.

The best about the platform is its focus on real-time processing of data, which helps quickly adjust to changing market conditions.

It is good but it is a bit pricey for small businesses. initially, it isn't easy to understand the platform to use it at its potential.

Real-time analysis was not possible because of this platform it has become easy to have real-time analysis and make decisions according to the dynamic market conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
Well balanced solution for organisations with limited skill stacks.Treasure Data provides enough features to pursue the requirements given to us by our clients. The TD team is very responsive when given a problem. This is very easy to use and the user interface is easy to navigate and the customer support team responds quickly when you have any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing actually to mention. I am satisfied by using this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many features of TD but it's ability to ingest data from multiple sources through import connectors is really good. It makes life easy as we have multiple options.

Treasure Data Customer Data Platform stands out for its impressive scalabiltiy unified data management, seamless integration capabilities. It makes are data management handling very easy for us. Customer support do their job perfectly.

The learning curve is little difficult to understand as a new user. And the Integration was bit confusing for us. Pricing can be an issue for some small business.
