Ease of use, User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Traesure data CDP is easy to use for any person and the navigation of options is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our changes are not getting reflected even after saving the session. In this case, we need to repeat our code changes many times.

One of the best features is the vast catalog of integrations. If the one you're looking for isn't there, you can build your own quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting solution for the Unified Customer View with Sisense is not as easy to use as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrate first-party data with ad, web, mobile, e-commerce, email, sms, and other sources to provide a complete view of a brand's customers. We deliver dynamic predictive and cluster models with the native platform capabilities. We build sophisticated funnels and triggered activations that outperform the marketing ROI of non-TD campaigns.
Flexible CDP catering to modern day marketing challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data is quite flexible with its API first and open source programs. It gives much flexibility for customization, which is very useful while handling clients with different types of tech stacks and varying requirements. The data connectors can be used not only for out-of-the-box functionalities but with custom Python code to ingest data efficiently with a lot of flexibility. The data pre-processing and transformation options are missing from other platforms from key CDPs in the market, which is quite surprising.
The table-like structure makes it easy to mimick the client's database and combine the correct tables without much flattening and transformation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and segmentation option is quite elaborate and flexible. The extra flexibility has made the UI less easy to be used by technically challenged marketers. This is not a significant issue as in the time of need, functionality to tackle complex segmentation use cases is more important than a platform with a clean UI that cannot address problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Siloed data from multiple platforms can be combined with ease in the platform. It acts as a cloud data processing service and a CDP wihch is what modern CDPs need. It also has options to support CNAME cookies, first party cookies and third party cookies which itakes care of present and future identity challenges in marketing.
An integrated solution that makes building data pipelines very easy
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data offers an all-in-one solution that allows data ingestion, transformation and export to happen in one place. It is straightforward to use. On top of it, they have an excellent customer service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am trying to think of something but nothing comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating as much as possible the data reporting as well as data-based decision-making within the company. It all happens with Treasure data which allows us to export processed data to the third-party services used by other departments.

Sometimes its hard to understand how to apply more power to the overall platform infrastructure.

We are solving Legal/Compliant breaches, by having our data secured in a strong platform like TD. And also, we are seeing very good results in terms of 1st party data utilization.

You should look to hire the TAM services to help you with the Platform setup and scale.

Treasure Data is a solid Consumer Data platform for unifiying the data, strong customer success and development teams, and driving usage and benefits for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treasure data could improve the user interface for business users to create segments and gather reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are unifying our dis-parent consumer data sets, building the usage of 1st party data in media, data availability for analysis and modeling and improving reporting of consumer data and attributes.

I would recommend focusing on additional customer success support and development. The extra support will help to train internal teams on integrations, customizations, and other needs.

I like how treasure data has a lot of connections with different platforms to pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform do not carry the logs from the runs as it should

The data store and visualization data that treasure data gives a lot of good solutions.

I like the straightforward interface and the easy search function

sometimes hive can get too slow, and presto memory is too limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use TD to run queries to do business analytics projects. It stores all of my queries and very easy to find the queries
High speed queries for Big Data, but could have better integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
The most extraordinary thing about Treasure Data is the high-speed queries. I never see any database that could process billions of rows so many times. That's awesome! The PrestoDB functions work very well for complex statistical analysis! I've using Treasure Data for integrating data across many sources and deliver real-time insights for business users. I should say that that is the best CDP that i ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the biggest problem in my opinion are the integrations. Some of them doesn't work very well some times with no advice. I had been some problems since i started to work with Treasure Data and i must to say that most of times, our company avoid to use the native integrations because we have no trust that they will work well. I think that documentation about workflows could be better too! Some times we had issues about workflow syntax and the documentation doesn't helped very much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal with Customer Web Data, deal with millions, billions of rows of analysis with high speed. We receita real-time data from our websites with complex Real-Time Bidding data. With Treasure Data we are able to estimated revenue, and have an overview about daily performance even before the data comes to the official plataforms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful with the integrations; they can not work fine every time. Have a good understanding of your possibilities!
