Easy and Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the platofrm is. Easy to use, efficient, and any problem that's come up has been quickly solved by an amazing support team available to chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has only been like 1 bug, where one thing I was trying to do didn't work. But as I mentioned above, it was fixed the next day and everything was good! So ya, good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges as an analyst is you use so many different platforms to get information from, and then when compiling them, it's very manually moving everything over to google sheets for example. High-touch is amazing in that it does all that manual work for you, leaving analysts more time to actually analyze instead of just collect data.

Clean and fast
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, variety of connection choices, and great SQL editor
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation between syncs and models is not the most clear, a bit confusing on how to get to the sql code from the sync window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To connect info among our data sources
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow syncs in sequence (one sync completes and then triggers another sync)
Good syncs between Snowflake and other destinations.

The support team is very responsive and open to suggestions.

Not enough documentation on using their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need ETL and reverse ETL syncs between various sources in our company. Hightouch does most of them for us.
Hightouch -- Very intuitive, does the trick!
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch does exactly what it says it does -- transporting data anywhere you need it. Their team has been a huge help throughout our time working together -- I cannot recommend highly enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
No notable downsides -- the only aspect which is slightly subpar is that their speed of transfer is slightly slower than competitors. This could be improved, but has not affected our experience at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hightouch, we are able to hydrate our SAAS platforms with internal and external data and arm our sales team and marketers with actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch unlocks the value of all the hard work the data team has put into a curated data warehouse. It puts them as the source of truth AND the source of action.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is continuing to build more and more robust functionality to audit and ensure that data is delivered to the appropriate sources. Making many models can sometimes be a copy-paste task but they make it easy through configuration file access and git.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allows our team to distribute data to the systems where teams take action. It makes our team exponentially more valuable to our company and moves us from dashboard, passive outputs to integrated, active outputs.

not much, some bits could be a a little more user friendly.

Very useful and free to trial for a decent period of time

What do you like best about the product?
Reverse ETLs are a must-have for any company that wants to make data an operational enabler. It is easy to use and can also be used by non-technical users for some use cases (audiences)
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model makes it's an excessively expensive solution for high volume use cases such as email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch makes it easy for us to distribute data to all our operation-focused tools. (Iterable, MixPanel, Vitally, Salesforce, etc...)

Hightouch is without a doubt going to help you with making different tools communicate with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to configure stuff. The fact that everything is done from UI makes it easy for someone without programming experience to create syncs. Also, git sync is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There is no way to parameterise the environment. Have to create different syncs for different environments.
2. Would like if we could query the metadata of syncs, like time taken, no of records. I believe only way we can do that is via UI.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time to create an ELT pipeline. Traditionally it would have taken a lot of dev effort to create an integration for CRMs. Also as a developer we don't have to worry about API changes in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using it for about 2 months, no errors till now.
Great solution to getting more out of our data
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has been super reliable and really helped us to get more use out of our data across the business. I particularly like the clean and easy-to-use interface, it makes building models and creating syncs simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel could really do with improvement is the list views in syncs and models. Unfortunately, as the number of syncs and models grows we have a long list and while there is a great search bar and filtering it would be beneficial to be able to create a folder or grouped structure where we can organise the models/syncs in a helpful way for the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, our data was kept locked and secure in our data warehouse and it was often difficult to connect to systems to make it more operational for many of our teams. We found we had regular data requests for daily CSV extracts of the same data which was often driving an operational process in another tool or system, Hightouch enhanced this process by allowing us to create automated and scheduled syncs of this data to the right tools freeing up resources and creating a more robust end to end process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to get more operational value out of your data Hightouch is a great solution to empower your teams to make more use of your data by allowing them to easily connect it to tools & systems without the need for any extensive developer resources. Leave behind the regular downloading of data to CSV's only to re-uploading to another tool by using Hightouch you can create a regular sync of the data you want, how you want and when you want.
