Essential for a Brand Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to sync, backup, and transfer files easily. I can access all my files without having to use storage space on my computer. I can easily switch back and forth between multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that Dropbox Capture was discontinued. I really loved the screen recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of storage space on my devices. I can store files in Dropbox and then choose which files to sync to my computer. This is super helpful so that I can have all my files accessible, but not taking up valuable storage space (this is important for me as a brand designer—I work with large files for many different clients). This also helps me easily switch devices when I am traveling or working on the go.
Long time caller. First time review.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is the fact that it's been around for a very long time and never ceases in the utility of their improvements. I think I've had an account since 2011/2012, and a paid account since 2014. I trust it, and I haven't found anything to replace it. Also, I really used to love Paper, which we used at my last agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a paid account (Plus), and the advertising to upgrade the account is constant. And a pain in the ass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing files in one place.
Good interface and easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Ease and convenience of logging in and uploading
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes overshares information with others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
storage issues have greatly been reduced
My Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. I use Drop dop to review project plans, and send plan links out to subs for biding purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Dropbox that doesn't work with my line of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining photos, documents and plans into a link for easy access.
Incredibly useful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of sharing files and accessing files from multiple devices. There is almost no learning curve - simply create/organize files and folders in the dropbox folder and they appear on your devices and even the web. They are also backed-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes - and only rarely - files don't sync automatically. Honestly, I am having a hard time coming up with things I dislike about the service. I wish there was a more elegant way to share photo albums I guess. It's a little bit bare-bones so I still prefer Adobe Lightroom - I wish you had that built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it simple for me to stay organized and share files with my collaborators.
Dropbox, best way to access files
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, accessibility, and coverage across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for additional capacity
limited number of shared devices (3) for the free version. 4 or 5 makes more sense.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
file sharing, accessing files with ease, phone pictures auto-upload
Professional, fast, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is one of many online storage software is to use, but I believe it's one of the most experienced. Having so much experience, I believe that it is very reliable. It's been syncing to the desktop for a while and I think it's worked out a lot of the kinks.
I mainly use dropbox to collaborate with other content creators, and the ability to keep gigabytes worth of media, both off-line and off-line to work with seamlessly with other collaborators makes this a fantastic choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the folder structure UI navigation is not very intuitive and often times confusing. It goes for a very clean approach, but it does not feel very intuitive. And overhaul of the UI would be welcomed, as long as the functionality continues to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem dropbox is solving is the limitation of sharing large quantities of media amongst collaborators remotely. We create videos for marketing and advertising on a daily basis, and work with terabytes worth of video footage. Since our entire team works remotely, sharing physical storage devices simply would not work.
Dropbox enables us to seamlessly share our media between our team and content rapidly while also working remotely. As long as you have a good Internet connection, you can run a full video production studio all across the world.

Great way to send large documents or files
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and functionality are key parts of Dropbox that I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget that I have to add people to files and wish it had a reminder to add people when I originally uploaded documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large volume of documents.
It makes it very handy for me to edit (and have edited) shared documents with my co-workers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of recalling past sheets, if there is a mistake and items are lost. There is a peace of mind in knowing there is that backup feature, if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dropbox does not always update right away for my devices at home. Probably user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can update financial documents in real time for my Director, even if she is at a conference. It is really helpful
