Very good for off-line storage
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to dropbox when a personal trainer. I met at the gym used it to keep client progress data to share with them. Once other apps, I used incorporated dropbox into their services, I started using dropbox and it is very convenient to store documents online and to access it when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little tricky to figure out how to change the saving settings to different folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me from not having to dig or find documents that I need to review.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which the apps on mobile and the desktop client, along with the web, allow me to keep documents synchronized across all my platforms, and the web if I need it. Keeping the most up to date version at my fingertips and clear, it allows me to work on things from whatever place is convenient. While I've only had to use it twice over the last decade, the 30+ day recovery feature has saved my bacon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only two things I've had issue with. The camera uploads feature from mobile sometimes has a delay, regardless of signal from my device. I'm never 100% confident my images are uploaded timely. Also, I wish they had larger storage plans than 3 GB outside of family or business plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to keep large amounts of misc., images, video, and data content safe and easily accessible. It allows me to manage that content, keep it organized, and know its backed up.
Very happy about my switch

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment,.

The King of File Synchronization
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works seamlessly with a variety of platforms, including web-based access. I use it on many different platforms, ranging from Macos to Windows to Linux. I use it on an employer-managed virtual desktop (via web-based interface), as well as all of the machines that I administer at home.
It allows me to use and update files from a variety of platforms, so I can go back and forth between a desktop and a laptop and never miss a beat.

What do you dislike about the product?
Several years ago I had Dropbox working on a headless (i.e., no GUI) Linux machine. Then Dropbox changed a requirement that made this only work with ext4 filesystems; I used XFS, so this broke the the ability to do this.
I think that this requirement was subsequently changed, but I haven't re-attempted the installation.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to install Dropbox in user space on Windows (not sure if this is actually possible), as I can't install it on my employer-managed virtual desktop due to lack of administrative credentials so I need to use the web-based interface to manually download and upload files.

Dropbox allows me to avoid duplication and version control issues with my documents. Additionally, I can share large files with others using Dropbox.
Effortless File Syncing & Sharing: My Dropbox Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox for a while now, and honestly, it’s been super reliable. What I like most is how seamless the file syncing is across devices — I can start working on something on my laptop and pick it up right where I left off on my phone or another computer. It’s also great for sharing large files; I’ve used it a lot to send project folders without worrying about email limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I’d mention is that the free storage is a bit limited compared to some other services, so I got paid plans which are reasonable for more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, Dropbox has been really useful for me. It helps me keep all my files organized and accessible from anywhere, which is great when I’m switching between devices or working remotely. The main business problem it’s solving for me is streamlining collaboration — I don’t waste time tracking versions or emailing files back and forth. It keeps the workflow smooth, especially when I’m working on shared projects or coordinating with teams. Just makes everything more efficient.
Useful when in the middle of a project and I need to grab something quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for grabbing files when I'm in the middle of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more affordable to those who are struggling financially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, very beneficial.
Very easy way to share files between phone and PC

Dropbox Review – A Game-Changer for My Marketing Agency
What do you like best about the product?
As the founder of a fast-paced marketing agency, staying organized and keeping files easily accessible across a growing team is essential—and Dropbox has been an absolute game-changer.
It’s helped me streamline the way we manage client content, creative assets, and internal documents. With everything stored in one secure, cloud-based platform, my team can collaborate in real time, whether we’re in the office or working remotely. No more digging through endless email threads or wondering who has the most up-to-date version of a file.
I also love how easy it is to share folders with clients and contractors. It keeps our processes clean, professional, and efficient. Plus, the integration with tools we already use (like Slack and Google Workspace) has made onboarding and day-to-day operations that much smoother.
Dropbox has truly allowed us to scale more effectively and spend less time managing files—and more time doing what we do best: serving our clients.
