Dropbox Review for new user!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox can save everything automatically so that I can feel secure that my data is not lost. I also appreciate the emails notifying me of new ways to use my Dropbox to get the most out of it. Lastly, I love how I can access my Dropbox from my computer or from my phone as this makes it incredibly convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that makes me dislike Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can avoid constantly sending emails to share data or worry about the most recent updates to the data being accessed. I can also save important data and view edits by others.

One of the most useful tools in my file management toolbox.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to share links for files both permanent and temporary to that the information I need to share is readily accessible to those with whom I wish to share it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about dropbox. except that when I as a paid user share access with a free user, If I share a large directory, I can use all of their available space very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that dropbox solves for me is the sharing of a body of ever changing information readily through the links. I have the need to share a quantity of files that change weekly in a format that my collaborators can access with a minimal amount of effort or thought.
Great cloud organization and storage
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox is super easy to use, it's a great way to organize projects, documents, etc. I love that you can open a file in DropBox "for the web" so you can go in and make changes/edits easily and immediately without having to open another program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, I don't think there is anything I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a remote team, Dropbox allows us to easily share, edit, and store documents our team needs.
Reliable offsite backup and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has adequate free services. They are quite reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting Dropbox sync erases files on computer. This should be optional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offsite backups and sharing
My Favourite Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Dropbox.
The sharing function is the best (least complicated) of all the major cloud services.
I love how I can organize it how I like it, on my computer or in the cloud, very easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have created conflicted copies of files with other users. That's something that google drive is better for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so easy for me to access, view and edit, my files anywhere, on any device.
And sharing with others.
And sharing with others.
Better than Sharepoint
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for some years and can't say enough on the ease of use. Maybe it's familiarity, but, again, it's the ease of file sharing that I like. No need for the other folks to have an account, and super simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably, the struggle to get my Microsoft File Explorer to update when I add new files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super easy to use and all the content software I use interfaces quite well with it. No guessing where I put stuff and where to find it.
DropBox - Easy, Reasonable and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use - drag/drop or Search Import individual or groups of files and how it sends the download link to the individual to whom I'm sharing. Plus the various pricing tiers are easy to understand and navigate. very well designed app - and the development from the first edition to today - every improvement has been obviously well thought out and has improved the UX and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a thing I don't like about Dropbox...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to share files I otherwise would not be able to share.
Great system for business
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and useful - folders make it easy and good to share
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it is perfect easy to navigate! Would recommend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing
Dropbox is becoming too enterprise focused
What do you like best about the product?
Secure cloud storage with seamless syncing in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation is not always simple. For example, I created a folder to share a large file with someone. To delete this after they received the file was possible only from the All Files view. Other views allowed multiple options (sharing, etc) but all the things a user might do should be available from all the views the user has of the folder or file.
Dropbox also is too focused on the large enterprise customer. I use less than 10% of the storage of my plan, but there's no in-between plan for the sole proprietor. All the options are about collaborating with others and storing huge amounts of data. Don't forget the little guy. At some point, Dropbox will become too expensive for me and I will need to sort my files into categories (personal, academic, business) and keep them with different cloud providers on their free or almost free tiers.

Secure storage. It's noteworthy that this is not an option in the prior question. Again, way too focused on enterprise scale collaboration. Why not also be a business focused cloud storage provider and offer the more advanced use cases to those who need it?
Very good for off-line storage
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to dropbox when a personal trainer. I met at the gym used it to keep client progress data to share with them. Once other apps, I used incorporated dropbox into their services, I started using dropbox and it is very convenient to store documents online and to access it when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little tricky to figure out how to change the saving settings to different folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me from not having to dig or find documents that I need to review.
