Dropbox is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how seamlessly it enables collaboration and file access from anywhere. The intuitive interface, combined with powerful syncing capabilities, makes it easy to work across devices and teams without worrying about version control or lost files. I also appreciate how Dropbox continues to innovate with tools like Dropbox Paper and integrations with platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office—making it not just a storage solution, but a productivity hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I think Dropbox could improve is the pricing structure for individual users and small teams. While the platform offers powerful features, the jump between free and paid plans can feel steep, especially for freelancers or early-stage teams who may not yet need the full range of premium features. Additionally, some collaborative tools like Dropbox Paper, while useful, aren’t as widely adopted or integrated as competitors, which can create a bit of friction when collaborating externally.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works! Syncs to my Mac like you'd expect. Fast uploads and downloads. Unlike Google drive sync which seems to have problems actually syncing all the time. And Google drive through the browser is so slow to download and upload.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they changed the Gmail extension. The latest version makes you navigate your file structure for every file you share.

It provides fast, reliable cloud storage for a great price

I really love the mobile app and the continuous photo backup. I also think dropbox is great for file management when working with a team

Allowing me to work with a team and have secure and reliable file storage and management
Best Basic File-Sharing Cloud Space Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and extremely basic in layout. It makes sharing files very easy, especially video and photo content. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and their help forums are detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud system have overtaken my disk on occasion due to complicated back-up systems. This could be a good thing for an advances user, but for me it was confusing and I needed customer service help to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving large zip file sharing of content and creating a space for all of my creative files to live. It allows painless content sharing in my team.

Very confusing all the different levels of servcie. I often get messages saying I need to buy up, but they are not clear

Sharing pre data room Data with lenders and investors prior to setting up formal data room

Excellent cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, I love being able to access my files from anywhere. Additionally, having dropbox helps keep my computer healthy so that I can run robust applications like Photoshop andcapture one at the same time without showing any signs of memory degradation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used a lot of memory so it feels that fast. I just need to find a way to automate the backups to my local server. This is not a dislike. It’s just a learning point for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has streamlined my file storage, sharing, and collaboration across devices and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app consumes noticeable system resources, especially during large sync operations. Also, the free plan has very limited space, which makes it difficult for individual users with large storage needs. The pricing for premium plans can be a bit high compared to some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of managing, sharing, and securing files across a distributed team. It allows me to keep all documents synced and accessible from anywhere, which increases productivity and reduces dependency on email attachments or physical storage devices. It’s also a reliable solution for securely backing up important work.
So easy to use & convenient

I like how everything is all in one spot and I can find things easily from many devices. We use it every day and never have an issue.

We really don't have one - we have been able to do everything we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers a clean and user friendly interface that makes file syncing and sharing easy. its strongest features is the seamless integration across multiple platforms including Windows, mac, ios, and Android. The file version history and recovery is very useful especially for the users who need to track changes or recover accidentally deleted items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything bad about Dropbox.

Dropbox eliminates the need to carry physical storage devices like USB drives by offering secure cloud based storage that can be accessed from anywhere.
