What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to use with the drag and drop feature. I used it for many documents throughout my career
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage isn’t a very big and overtime I did have to delete some documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place where I can store all important documents that I don’t necessarily want on my phone or don’t have room for.

Great storage solution for sharing widely
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox because it allows me to share large files with anyone. Often times it is so hard to send documents or photos via email, and the days of a flash drive are behind us. So Dropbox allows me to provide large documents or files easily! They have increased the ease of use as well as the features available, to include signing documents, requesting documents, deleting and uploading in bulk. I use Dropbox all the time to share documents with my students and staff, and it has always been a great way to share documents with those who may not have the same operating systems on the computer or their phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, with all of the upgrades that have come through DropBox there aren't too many features I don't like. I feel like they have really upped their game in terms of sorting, sharing, signing, etc. If anything the cost may be an issue for some, but the features are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox all the time to share documents with my students and staff, and it has always been a great way to share documents with those who may not have the same operating systems on the computer or their phones.
Reliable Cloud Storage That Works Well
What do you like best about the product?

Dropbox keeps everything in sync between my multiple Macs and all my mobile devices. What really makes it useful is sharing files with clients and colleagues who are all over the map with their tech - some are on Windows, others on different phones, and it doesn't matter. I just share a folder link and everyone can access what they need instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Dropbox is the hassle of having to click items to make them available offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a lot files for multiple clients, plus personal files, over multiple devices and collaborating with clients and colleagues.
Excellent file sharing program!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the program very intuitive and easy to use, and I love the variety of ways you can use and access Dropbox -- I specifically use my Dropbox account to quickly & easily transfer files from my Mac to my PC (something that previously was quite a hassle) -- Dropbox can be accessed online and they have desktop apps, plus apps on both the Apple & Google stores, making transferring files everywhere SO easy! It's also great to be able securely connect with other users to share specific folders/files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't really had a bad experience with Dropbox. Perhaps the only thing was reaching the storage limit, but if it's really a problem, you can always upgrade to the next level.

The versatility of the program is amazing -- on browsers, and both on mobile & desktop apps. It's a great way to quickly and easily transfer files from my Mac to PC, allowing me to design things in my usual apps on the Mac and use them in some programs that only work on PC (ie. touchscreen applications)
Reliable Cloud Storage with Seamless Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file syncing and sharing effortless across devices. I like how it integrates with apps I already use and allows real-time collaboration with others. The interface is clean and intuitive, and file recovery has saved me more than once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has very limited storage, and pricing for higher tiers feels steep compared to competitors. Syncing large files can be slow at times, and I wish there were more customization options for folder permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student working on video editing projects, Dropbox helps me manage large files and stay organized across different devices. I can start editing on my laptop and pick up right where I left off on another computer without transferring anything manually. It also makes it easy to share drafts with classmates or instructors for feedback, and the file recovery feature has saved me more than once when I accidentally deleted a project. Overall, it keeps my workflow smooth and stress-free.
Simply the Best Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, Dropbox was the first cloud storage we started using. Not only that, but Dropbox was also the first to hear about such a system. We've been using Dropbox for about 12 years now, and we continue to do so today. File Syncing is one of the things we love about Dropbox the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a service has been used for more than ten years, it is because there are no major problems with it. Some time ago, I faced some problems with Real Time Syncing in Dropbox's Desktop Application. It was resolved in a later update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many documents that need to be processed at the same time for our needs. Since our main job is content writing, we don't know which document will be needed at any given time. The main benefit of Dropbox is that we can store all the materials in one place and give them to the coworker who needs them as needed. Apart from Dropbox's document storage, one of the features we use the most is Dropbox's Paper feature. It is definitely a great alternative to Google Docs.
Decent platform but a victim of more comprehensive solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed and simplicity of the platform. The web apps work well and sharing links is seamless. Rolling the platform out is just a matter of adding users in your system which can easily be done by an administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox's major downfall is that most buyers likely already pay for Google workspace of Microsoft 365, meaning they are inherently doubling up on a platform that they already have. Until Dropbox can expand their suite of products to be a true competitor to those platforms, they will always be at a disadvantage.
The only other gripe I have is that I find selective sync to be a frustrating experience that needs to be continually updated as new files and folders are added. It would be nice to have an option to not sync new files by default.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a construction company with remote teams in various locations. We also work extensively with subcontractors and consulting teams. Being able to access files quickly across multiple locations is critical. Dropbox largely solves this issue.
Dropbox is really easy to use.

I like using dropbox because it easy to use and I know I can access the data I need at any time from anywhere in the World. I also use it for sharing files with my friends and clients which is also easy to do with dropbox.

There are no downsides to using dropbox.

Great for Small Jobs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to store and organize photos and documents, keeps them all in one place

space fills up fast, so you have to have small files to make it worth it.

It is one of the many ways I use to share photos and documents with clients. The photos can be easily opened, saved, and further shared.

Dropbox is very reliable and works very quickly and I never worry about losing data. It is very easy to use and setup. I use it every day.

Like any product i'd like it better if it was free or had a lower cost version.

Almost everyone has no problem using it so I can share data forms and information very easily.
