What do you like best about the product?
It is build for change, integration and UI capabilities, works for any channel with no changes, AI and Marketing strategies , Cloud compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it is expensive tool and not every or small/medium size client can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case life cycle management, Rules Engine,Monitor Control Chart etc. It has in built capabilities to integrate almost with any external system and its UI is very advanced that it works on kind o channel like Mobile, Web, tablet and Robotics Integration

Pega is right tool for BPM and BRE requirements

What do you like best about the product?
Pega is one of the most efficient platform. It aims at providing us clear and analytical view of our billings and through its push notification we are always in the position of informing our customers about the latest events, this has saved our time and we have got rid of phone calls and also we have saved our money by investing on this quality built source. Further it has equipped us with such tools that help us to update and make changes to any of the developed application easily, I must say it is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced some issues in its understanding, as it is complex, however its customer services team helped us a lot with our problems. So I would like to appreciate its customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are efficiently managing our various channels and we are capable of creating the continuous deployment of our applications with much ease. Further its automation tool allows us to have end-to-end digital process automation, that are carried out by it Bots that search for us the necessary task which could be processed and enable us to track the previous processes as well, thus helping us to drag the data to case management and BPM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the platform which is giving efficient effective services to our organization. I would like to recommend it to those people who are looking for an advanced kind of DPA software.

collaboration with the team right from the development of the application, allowing business to understand how the application is being build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in PEGA I dislike. It has each and every component build to integrate with other applications.

Reports, I think reports can improve and be more interactive.

We control Call monitoring (financial instruments) and Control Bond and Derivatives issuance

Pega is very flexible, it can do everything the client needs, but developer needs to have correct experience. Go with Platinum level

What do you like best about the product?
Pega provides as much (or as little) "hand holding" as the team needs. By guiding us through the options we are better able to create a tool that is easier for end users to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the lack of out of the box flexibility can be frustrating and work arounds have to be devised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a care management solution for a health plan with 10 million + members on it. The flexibility to integrate with our existing systems was a key factor in making the choice to use Pega.

What do you like best about the product?
Pega PRPC is a versatile platform and can do most things you need right out of the box. If it can't, it can be programmed to do them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in Pega has a different name than traditional programming jargon, so there is a learning curve to be able to program it. Resources certified in Pega are normally available to onboard though, so the risk can be mitigated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pega is being used for marketing decisions and outbound campaigns. Our credit card sales went up exponentially when we integrated the workflow into Pega PRPC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pega PRPC is best used in an enterprise environment where adoption is widespread. There are many times in our limited use of Pega where it's growth was restricted due to lack of buy-in.
