Not very much to dislike really, mainly a bit obscure at the beginning

It load balancer my applications, allows header customizations and ACL easily

It's install and forget. It doesn't create much problems.

There is not much to hate about. It just works.

HAproxy is an amazing product. We use it widely troughout multiple datacenters and had an amazing experience with the product.

There are no downsides in my current experience when compared to other products.

User friendly, good documentation , open source is always good

We used Haproxy as a middleware while migrating between different k8s flavors, we had to use proxy that was super fast, reliable and easy to spin. We chose Haproxy for that and it was unbelievably simple and painless

Nothing comes to mind, so its good for me

HA lb for self hosted k8s control plain based on 2 haproxy and keepalive

It works, i don’t have any problems with may setup

I will be cool if haproxy have possibility to read docker/k8s api and create routes based on this info
