What do you like best about the product?
The consultation and support from the team has been brilliant. Our business support manager is always there to help with any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software could be a difficult to start with. But once you have received the training, it is relatively straightforward.
Also, there could be occasions where certain functionalities are not working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to assess whether an AB test is successful assessing more granular details. It has helped me to gather more information about customers behaviour.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficient use of experience analytics features, real time data allowing the team to extract insights from the get go.
Understand page engagement in real time.
CS Live extension is a fantastic addition, especially for clients who are time poor and shows immediate value of the tool.
Allows us to see issues when they arise and we can feed back to respective teams in a timely fashion - this is particularly helpful during product launches.
Understanding the conversion funnel and contextualising Adobe data to truly understand the consumer.
We've used CS on countless use cases and it has made our insights more effective. The best part is also being able to quantify the impact which has really upped our level of reporting & insights.
CSM Support, and all tech support from the whole CS team has been invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoning/heatmap download functionality is still only limited to one type of heatmap. Is it possible to extract all of them easily as images so we can use them in our own decks/templates?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving business performance across all Samsung product categories and provide optimisation strategies.
Support European markets in insights delivery & usage for their local activities.
We have successfully provided proactive business insights to shape performance and make changes in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Focus on enabling your team so CS becomes a self-serve platform. There is so much to explore and use, and we can get so much more out of it if we use it as a team with different focus areas.

Great platform for analysing customer behaviour

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare really helps bring data to life with visuals that are easy to understand and use. This is important when sharing analysis with other people to keep the data engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, Contentsquare are always looking for ways to improve their platform and make it easier for the user to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Contentsquare helps me solve issues with the onsite customer journey and allows me to drill in to category performance so I can make changes to the website that I'm confident will have a positive affect on the customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
CS Live is particularly helpful with real time analytics and user behaviour. It is also useful in meetings and when working with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with reporting and pulling together case studies that I can share with the rest of the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using ContentSquare to make decisions based on user behaviour has been extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
CS has become an essential tool in my UX analyzes, the tool is powerful, you can do anything and measure everything! The method is perfect to stay organized and to understand the behavior of our users to provide them with tools in line with their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like, there are still points to optimize such as the personalization of workspaces for example. The tool may seem a bit complex to use at first, but with a little practice you realize that it is not that complicated :).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can monitor my entire site and quickly suggest concrete developments. Data has become an integral part of my profession and I could not do without it!

Our "go to" tool for understanding UX and customer engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare provides us with an easy way to quickly determine page engagement via its "zoning" analysis. 'Exposure Rates', 'Click Rates' and 'Attractiveness Rates' are incredibly easy to visualise, whether that be in the tool itself or by way of the clever Chrome CS Live add-in which aids "on-the-fly" discoveries. This has become our main tool within Contentsquare but will inevitably lead us to using many more of the options available as the team increases its skills over the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mapping tool needs a little thought initially ... but that is probably due to the current team being reasonably new to Contentsquare and is something we will surely learn to use much more efficiently with practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is a quick and dependable way of proving hypotheses to the business. It provides a sure fire way of determining which website content we should re-order, together with what content is working well/not working well. The visual output of the tool makes it easy to "tell a story" and to get our stakeholders on side.

What do you like best about the product?
The pace at which CS can identify an opportunity or gap in the market,find the solution, and roll it out at speed. It's very rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our current setup is now via a global content which of course is great for our business, however I enjoyed thoroughly (and continue to do so outside of my direct work), but I also do miss the more regular discussion that we used to have. But this is more of an internal issue, not really due to CS themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That homepages should not be a political weapon in the workplace for claiming space, that our customers can tell us a lot more about themselves from data to the level that it would take a lifetime of study to reach a level which is now accessible in real time.For making data simpler for creative teams or less 'digitally matured' teams.I know there are many more to be solved so the list has infinity potential.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be open to at least a demonstration. You won't regret it.
