Best Training of Any Digital Partner We Use
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the features and data you get, which are fantastic, ContentSquare provides training and follow-up that is the best I and others on our marketing team have ever experienced. The trainers and experts are all amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've encountered so far has made me dislike ContentSquare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare is the first view we've really had into how users are experiencing our website, what's working and not working, etc. Plus, we have a couple of fairly disparate user groups, so the ability to segment different users has been extremely valuable.

An incredibly useful tool for gaining insight into how your customers engage with your website/app.
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, you can utilize the tool's extensive and varied features to generate and validate ideas effectively.
Certain features are particularly useful for the discovery process, understanding user interactions with a specific page or component, or evaluating the effectiveness of a specific funnel. On the other hand, some features are more beneficial for analyzing A/B test data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the tool has so many capabilities, it means that there is a lot to learn and get used to.
It might be intimidating at first,but there are many online learning materials available. I highly suggest enrolling in their online courses and obtaining their certification.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, ContentSquare lets me get insights into how our customers use our digital products. I use it to get data/analytics, do zone analysis and watch recordings (session replay).

The version for the app shows any disfunctionalities

really intuitive product with a great customer service. Most interesting thing is the CS Accademy to lear basic and andvanced Tips.

I have to re-learn things every time I use CS because I forget how to do it.

A great tool to analyse a/b test and understand the user journey!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is great for new users as contentsquare has a lot of documentation that helps you step by step. As well as documentation, contentsquare solution experts run many webinars so you can see how the software works.
CS is great when analysing A/B tests because I can see how various user groups interact with the website. This can range from the user journey to how much a page is interacted with to which elements get the most clicks.

It would be great to see what recordings have already been watched in session recordings. I have noticed a few times that when I change some filters / segments I start to watch a session recording to realise i've already watched it,

Contentsquare enables us to identify user experience pain points so that we can develop a/b tests or immediately address a problem.

The data directly displayed on the website. This helps with less technical team do visualize the main kpis and quicky make decisions

ContentSquare provides a new way to interpret data for our team. We can visualize and learn more about the user journey thanks to CS.

Sometimes ContentSquare provides so much information that it can be hard to know where to go for specific views and learn the most efficient way to set up certain segments, goals, etc.

ContentSquare is helping us solve the user journey experience on some pages that we haven't quite learned about so far.
Great UX and Heatmapping Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the heatmapping tools and ability to give thorough analyses to our clients who utilize this platform as to what is working on their pages and why. The color coding and zone analysis really provide a visually dynamic presentation that resonates with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The circular tables for drop-off when doing funnel reviews isn't as user-friendly as it could be. It takes some practice to get used to.

Solving major UX / CRO problems for our clients' websites. Using Contentsquare we are able to present and recommend data driven decisions to accompany our recommendations.
Brilliant Tool for CRO and Incredible Journey Insight Analysis!

I have been using the Contentsquare platform for over 10 months, I have found it to be very user-friendly and easy to navigate around, all the information you need is easily available from the dashboard.
The Contentsquare team provided a first-class onboarding experience it was the best! They continue to provide outstanding ongoing support and advice for both our Digital and Development Teams.
The CS University offers basic and expert certification and flash training videos, which is a fantastic way to improve your continuous learning and gain even more insights from the platform.
The Zoning Analysis Feature enabled us to optimise our homepage which delivered +200% increase conversion rate of banner clicks, in the 1st month of the CS platform implementation. Performance Analysis also provided valuable benchmark insights for future promotional marketing campaigns.
Another excellent feature of Contentsquare is the Alerts Function to monitor site performance with actionable KPI metrics. The Page Comparator Export Data function is also wonderful way to save metrics in a spreadsheet. The tool also provided valuable benchmark insights for future promotional marketing campaigns.
I have received an award for CS Worldwide Quarterly Champion Q4 2022 and Q1 2023 for being an active platform user, demonstrating how much I enjoy using the platform to get the best insights to contribute to the continued business success.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is in workspaces when creating line chart widgets, the number of segments you can choose and displayed on your chart is limited. It would be great to have the option to include more to compare all our traffic channels on one chart, for example if we currently choose five segments it is displayed over two charts.

Contentsquare continues to develop and offer new features such as the funnel journey steps, providing a more productive and granular analysis of the journey to improve our user journey.
