All About that Access!

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user-friendly it felt after the previous homegrown solution that was previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that from a technical aspect, it is definitely intended to be an out of the box solution, which is standard for this kind of product but it took a lot longer to implement based on how things were being done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
access and identity management for a corporate office along with some additional solutions

Great central identity provider

What do you like best about the product?
For us as a large enterprise it actually helps creating one central identity, instead of many distributed ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set-up can be quite complicated to start with, once it is set-up, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating one central identity for one person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to create one central identity - make sure you integrate it with all your in-house application to make sure you get the most out of the project.

SailPoint makes my life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Before SailPoint was introduced to my company, there was a lot of manual work that one had to be done for one person on my team. However, with this product, it has made our employees self sufficient and increase productivity.

I also liked the search functionality of the roles within the tool. I can start typing and quickly find the program or role that I want to access.

I also like the tracking of the progress once the request is submitted. It shows who has the next steps within the request. Therefore, if I feel like it is taking too slow, I can easily see where the request is stuck with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that frustrates me about SailPoint is that I'd like additional notifications to alert me the status of my request.

The interface of the system could use a facelift. The color could be brighter and more visual aspects and icons to make the page more appealing. Sometimes I feel like the simplicity of the user face actually makes it more confusing.

I think the tracking of the the request should be included in the email notifications or alerts so that the user does not have to proactively go into SailPoint to get all of the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SailPoint has cut administrative duties on people having to submit access roles on behalf of other people. Now employees can search for roles and submit for themselves, thus saving time and getting the access quicker. This has benefited our company immensely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would continue to work on notification alerts.

Difficult Implementation, But A Great Overall Product.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to merge accounts into a single identity cube seamlessly with all our applications and web services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to customize. To support this product, you have to learn Java and Beanshell extensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex set-up, customisation, but the pioneer of IAM as a whole. There's no other approach on the market contrasting the latest integration of Privileged Access Management with Seilpoint.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Until you seek to simplify it with Sail Point, ensure you are well aware of the current business processes surrounding client provisioning.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a Superb Tool to Manage Identities, provisions, certifications. Its an all in one tool. Which does more than any other tool available in the market.
It allows lots of Customization, which is the best part of it. It gives so many connectors for all target applications.

It is very User Friendly, you dont need to put lots of effort to educate the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its customization feature, the support is very limited by Sailpoint.
Features can be requested but will be added based on the count of users needed that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing every part of it. Onboarding different types of applications.
Use of rule, workflows to achieve the desired results.
Provisioning on all targets.

Sailpoint is the leader, and it gives a highly scalable and customizable solution. They have a connector for almost all the applications in Market.

What do you like best about the product?
ERP Maestro is Cloud based solution that could easily be integrated with our recently implemented SAP Suite on Hana on Premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
If possible can we return the software at a fee and maintain locally if and when we decide to discontinue with SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to manage, yet robust to maintain security compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While creating a new user, the way ERP Maestro provides option to clone roles, similarly option should be provided to clone other tabs of SU01, like Defaults, SNC, Parameters and License. This has been a long awaited demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User provisioning, risk identification and mitigation, and Emergency Access Management.

Small package with Big benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
What's not to Like about ERP Maestro? Its simple deployment gets you up and running in minutes. User-friendly interface, multiple reporting methods, onscreen queries, audit friendly reports and logs, EAM module is simplified and easy to maintain, on-screen dashboards, digitally signed exported documents for auditors, User Review module, and their customer support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much i dislike about the tool, I use it multiple times of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The EAM module was what we started with; before ERP Maestro, our process was very manual, and it became unmanageable to comply with the audit requirements. The EAM process was simplified and has made our audit process for Firefighter access a breeze. We purchased the Access Reviewer module recently, and it has reduced the amount of reporting time more than half. We went from a very manual User Access Review process, that would take 1-2 months to complete. Now that we use Access reviewer, the process can be completed quickly and electronically. We also are using the SOD module and What-if scenarios. The rule book provided is in-depth and easy to update.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Tool is very customization friendly.
2) It provides great community support.
3) Tool has easy and clear availability of docs and api's.
4) This is a perfect IAM tool for beginners.
5) Users can request their own access and can approach to owner as well.
6) User friendly interface of the application allows easy integration with access management to new users as well.
7) A CustomGlobal object is always available to get data from backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Sometimes I face issues with sessions and objects get overridden.
2) Access request for others allows me to add or delete access for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most liked feature is its customization friendliness. I can easily write my custom rules, workflows and SOD policies.

Great for filling the niche need that exists—granting and monitoring access to applications and workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow can be difficult to understand, not as intuitive as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing access and being able to set individuals as gatekeepers. Allows us to manage these things ourselves rather than needing to involve enterprise technology
