Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
the customer service provided always seems to be on point
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not affected by it personally but I think the cost associated with services is a bit high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use SailPoint Advisory services to fix issues that were configured with our implementation partner. It seems to be a lengthy process.

Excelent product
What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint is an excellent IGA tool, it has several features and simplified integration, it has been increasing new features a lot and looking a lot at AI issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to evolve in the number of connectors available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governance of identities and easily way to verify all the accounts that I have and connect them.

Finding user access data quickly. Certifications are excellent

Support is not very good. Need to improve in that area

Certification of user access on an annual basis in a very efficient manner. Helps with compliance and efficiency

I think SailPoint is an incredibly robust, reliable product that makes IAM easy!
What do you like best about the product?
SailPoint has a very intuitive UI and a lot out of the box connectors with many applications to make integration easy and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using IdentityIQ specifically, it's requires an extensive knowledge of development. Users without a programming background can take some time to ramp up to an operational level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SailPoint allows us to automate the creation and provisioning of accounts as well as certifying that our users have the correct access based on least privilege.
Easy Access management and RBAC
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is its ability to automate access reviews and policy enforcement, which simplifies managing user permissions and ensures everything stays secure. The biggest upsides are better security through automated controls, easier compliance management, and a more efficient way to handle user identities and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that SailPoint’s setup and customization can be pretty complex, which might require a lot of time and expertise to get everything working smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SailPoint solves problems related to managing and securing user access and identities. By automating access controls and compliance processes, it helps reduce the risk of security breaches and ensures that only authorized users have the right permissions. For me, this means less time spent on manual management tasks and greater peace of mind knowing that security and compliance are being handled efficiently.

SailPoint - Best IAM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint is good software tool to manage the access of an Identity in an organization. Sailpoint provide a debug page through which we can edit any object like configuration or rule or workflow and we can modify the logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sailpoint recently decomission the accelerator pack all feature so it was the thing which I didn't like because the accelerator pack has complete configurations for every LCM events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SailPoint solves the problem of all lifecycle event happens everyday in an organization. Like one will join a organization at same time one will leave the company. One will be on leave or one will have a transfer. So all these LCM event is handled by SailPoint.
