What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan Toco is the tool used by our support team in different Call Centers, it's help us to guide our customers in their Digital tools . Therefore, it allow us to improve our customer satisfaction thanks to the facility of explication by storytelling

Excellent platform for data storytelling
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan Toco has really thought about what features will be most user-friendly, so that the analytics are really easy to understand. The documentation is also really useul.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I would like to be able to customise more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan is allowing us to present data to our customers, in a way that is easy for them to understand.

Le e-learning par la réalisation de nombreux cas d'usage est un peu long
Il manque la possibilité de mettre des zones de textes (titres, explications ...) sur les pages

L'accès simple et rapide aux indicateurs de performance pour mon activité !
What do you dislike about the product?
L'impossibilité d'avoir des graphiques circulaires. Certains indicateurs seraient beaucoup plus parlant s'ils sont représenté sous forme de graphique circulaire , plutôt qu'en diagrammes à barres.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan is an user-friendly interface to create data visualisations, with various possibilities of personnalisations. The visuals are pretty, and all the steps of data treatment are included in the app. Very useful !
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some little visual bugs appears, but they are corrected quickly by the team. Whenever a problem occurs, the support is there to help.

Toucan helps to visualizes data quickly, with a solution that integrates all the steps of the data process. It is helping because every person with little data knowledge can catch up and creates new visuals.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the user-friendly design, and the fact that it is a 100% French tool, which allows us to offer a completely sovereign BI tool by integrating it into our Cleyrop offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but a possible area for improvement would be mapping.

The Cleyrop data hub needed to integrate a data visualization tool that is completely sovereign, easy to use, and accessible to all types of professions and profiles. More than just a publisher, Toucan is a true partner, attentive to our needs and challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tool's ease of use and its intuitiveness when it comes to sharing critical data with my clients. Storytelling is vital and Toucan makes it native.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate the same high level of efficiency when creating my dashboards. The experience for app builders is great but not as seamless as for the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan allows me to communicate our data analysis directly to our customers without having to build an in-house data visualisation tool and to do it super efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a web platform for all people. You don't have to need technical expert for created vizualisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime performance during construction it's not optimal. Sometime i lost my work with no reason

I'm working on this solution since four years now. So Toucan don't solve my own problem, but solve lots problems of my clients
