It remains necessary to master certain developer uses or get assistance. Directly handling it via Toucan and their internal teams would be great.

The graphs adapt with a simple data set reload, saving time from the moment certain graphs have been automated.

What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the tool at first glance. It's better to have already done data visualization even if it's not essential because we are supported in understanding the different concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients want to have data available to understand their use of our platform and to be able to take action if needed. Toucan allows us not to develop an internal tool and to have clear and up-to-date data. Thanks to Toucan, we have sharp and understandable graphs for everyone!

What do you like best about the product?
The data visualisation. It makes it appealing and immediately understandable for the end users.
The charts are completely customable to fit the specifics of your charts and pinpoint the critical aspect of the presented data

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a some learning curve, before being able to create the charts you want. Fortunately Toucan customer care's team is easily available and have tons of content and example.

Toucan allows my clients' team leaders to understand how my product is used and easily see its added value.
Toucan is a very complete tool and really helped us bringing datavisualization to our clients !

Toucan has a wide variety of graphs and is really helpful to build detailed and clear data for the users of our Saas platform.
The support and the main point of contact are also always available for helf if we have questions.

It takes some time to be trained on the tool and to be able to fully use the whole potential of the platform.
The tool adds sometimes complexity and some parts of the admin side could be clearer.

It enables our project leaders to visualise the use of our tool (number of videos created, number of logins, the types of videos created etc...) within their teams and to give them a global overview of their KPIS.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to visualize what I need in order to pull reports for clients. The UX is intuitive and integrates well with tools we already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one big thing I dislike about using Toucan, no complaints.

We use it to visualize data and build reports for clients, to add value.

Their products are very user-friendly. Easy to use/install.

When I did have an issue with the app on my phone, their customer service wasn't very helpful.

It saves time as it streamlines the process for me.

From design to monitoring, everything went very well. The teams are competent and very available. The tool is well developed and quite easy to master.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of visualization of incoming connections, but this problem is on the way to being resolved. Poor natural referencing.
