Vital to follow my sales/marketing progress
What do you like best about the product?
Its ergonomy, how simple it was to use.

The bugs. Sometimes it would not update correctly, but it was quickly fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me follow on a daily basis the progress of my work (my KPIs).

With its unique approach of story telling, Toucan Toco makes easy the understanding of data for end users not used with working with BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan support had to hardcode some of our users in our tenant for administration rights, because we wanted to use SSO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could release with Toucan Toco our first BI Application. Our previous attemps failed.

A new experience for our users with Toucan Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to embed Toucan Web components for dashboards in our SaaS application. User-friendly interface to create reports and manipulate data. Simplicity in setting up a Multi Tenant architecture. The power of Toucan also lies in the simplicity of creating stories and dashboards for non-IT professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some improvements to be expected when sending PDF reports by email. Limitations due to the proposed reports. Looking forward to testing the next version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan allows me to involve our users in data analysis, particularly with embedded self-service, without having to create an internal data visualization tool and to do it very efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that it was easy to connect to my data sources, the data prep steps are a nice way to build your report, and the final product is digestable slick looking widgets that provide summary information about the business. Also, the support has been outstanding - they actually connect with my environment and show me how to work around problems I'm experiencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Toucan is not as popular as the big players (Tableau and PowerBI) there are very few posts on the Internet to learn from... you're basically limited to the docs and support. Oftentimes my company wants large tabular reports (tens of thousands of rows) and this is not something that Toucan does well... the default number of rows in the page of a Toucan table is 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan is reporting on the daily performance of the business and it's the heartbeat that starts the day for our executives.
Toucan has helped us scale our operations and their team has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
We can rapidly develop and deploy personalized "dashboards" to meet the needs of out clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not run into many areas that can't be solved with additional learning on our part or outreach to the Toucan team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us move from data spreadsheets to data applications very quickly. This has been key to our ability to scale.

Toucan is a great tool with a very reactive assistance :-)

It's very simple and the customer care is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor lack of flexibility sometimes but there is always a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reporting used to take a lot of time to produce and we couldn't personalised the KPIs by each customer's objectives. It also took a lot of our tech ressources. All these problems are now solved.
