One of the best NoCode tools for BI and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan allows the implementation of a wide range of connectors to link the company's various data sources. The "Storytelling" mechanism is well designed, allowing essential KPIs to be condensed on a primary dashboard and then enabling deeper exploration into the data. The tool quickly empowers business users in the implementation of their Dashboards. The IT department is mainly involved in the initial phases of data preparation and exposure, which greatly frees up IT resources on this type of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution does not yet offer all types of restitution, particularly scientific rendering modes (box plot, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan has been able to provide significant human resources to support us in the implementation and handling of the tool. A periodic follow-up is done with our BSM to understand the developments made and ensure that the deployment of business dashboards is done correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Toucan Toco is its very pragmatic approach with the possibility of achieving quick results with minimal configuration. I also like its clear "embedded analytics" orientation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can sometimes be slow or even buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Toucan Toco, we used a 100% custom solution to offer analytical data to our clients. Any modification required adding a request to the product backlog and waiting for the implementation of the change as well as its deployment. With Toucan Toco, the lead time for each change has been drastically reduced from a few days to a few hours.

What do you like best about the product?
La diversité des graphes. La simplicité de modifier des datasets. L'application est très user friendly. L'équipe support de Toucan est efficace et réactif.

Certains datasets sont lourds, par conséquent les rafraichissements sont des fois longs.

Les datas sont très élégants et offrent une meilleur visibilité.

Toucan répond essentiellement à la visualisation de la performance commerciale et à la communication que les interlocuteurs internes peuvent faire aux externes.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan is straightforward to use for all end-users: they don't send us request anymore to get data, as users are autonomous. Plus the team is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Refreshing our datasets takes time as we have not opted for a Live connection, and we need to schedule this operation at night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly reduced time-to-market for new use cases and key indicators

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use, regardless of your role! Ideal tool in my opinion to enhance everyone's skills in data visualization. Allows for quickly creating added value, particularly from an internal management perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that truly deserves to be mentioned here!

Due to its ease of use, Toucan is an ideal tool when it comes to familiarizing business areas with data, enhancing their skills in BI, and enabling them to leverage their data with very quickly high value-added results.
Toucan Great & Simple Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's incredible ease of use helped us deploy in record time. We've successfully aligned 500+ C-levels in a matter of months! As Administrator it is also quite simple to understand the tool and to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike I think as end user. As administrator maybe a few nice to have features in data treatment. There is no option to add a data semantic layer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero-training Data Storytelling apps deployed in record time across different countries. We have about 10 business intelligence apps that we use internally for COMEX and C-level. It allows them to have, in a centralized platform, access to different KPIs from different departments to help them in their decision making. Before we had no such tool and had trouble aligning international teams.
