great storytelling and visualisations
What do you like best about the product?
toucan looks great, has a series of good looking, dynamic visualisations, built-in design which gives a great overall result.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a variety of data sources that needed work, even before working with Toucan. That made the project a bit harder to deploy, but more related to our back end than the tool's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
put something simple and clear in the hands of business users.

great for team work!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is definitely our top 1 reason for loving Toucan. Looks great on mobile, helps the team work collaboratively, find the necessary info whenever needed to drive the department
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. product serves its purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving the team visibility on our data, making smart decisions to be better!

Simple to deploy, great visuals, no need for manual maintenance, no code, product works

Relevant for the only 2 people on the installation part, but would be nice not to have to download the whole on-prem image for every update, even though the process is straight forward.

Quick to embed in our product, with amazing functionalities (glossary, export, commentaries...) we would've never thought of and that would've demanded a lot of ressources from us to deploy.

The few things that need to be improved are already part of the roadmap, so not much left unchecked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Add a powerful analytics component to our product to better serve our customers.
Toucan helped us avoid having to hire an entire team of developers and a mountain's worth of headaches.

The certitude of having best in class analytics in our product with a controlled budget.
Before Toucan we used to incorporate analytics by hand without knowing where we were going with that, and were prospecting hiring developers. Finally putting this on the side helped us focus on our core business.

Toucan has a clear positioning and know where they stand. Not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual analytics, uncontrolled budget on the matter, lack of vision for this feature.

Value booster for our product. Powerful to engage and convince. Severely underrated.

I was impressed by the speed of deployment. No training needed. Easy to use by all users. Powerful storytelling with no need to hire an entire team of "experts". Cost saving.

nothing in particular at this point. Strong positioning from the beginning, Toucan were clear about the things they did and the things they didn't do, contrary to many solutions out there who claim to do anything and everything.

Boost value of your product or research for users or stakeholders. Make our data more accessible and actionable by people who are not necessarily familiar with dashboards or data.

earlier the better. Understand why you want to work with Toucan to generate the most value

We love Toucan. It's been a solid support for our daily activities as a team, and has created enormous value for the business. Super quick to deploy and integrate within our environment.

We love the product and the team's been very supportive, so not much to dislike. We were also very surprised by how quick we go to deploy the platform, in just a few days.

we removed all sorts of independence. The apps are very easy to read, data is always updated. Makes our life easier.

Great company, support and product. should be anyone's go to for analytics.

I love the visual data with graphs to be able to see where your business stands in real time.

As always, there's the initial costs and getting your business information put into the software that can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give visual evidence of my work to my customers is super helpful.

The tool gives me the visibility I need to manage 700 employees under my responsibility.

Toucan's the first platform I ever used for analytics and I think we chose really well. Others platform didn't fit the mold.

Easy to use, flexible to work with, and most importantly: SAFE.
The level of security offered to manage user access, infra security is state of the art.
Control of permissions for hundreds of users feels like a breeze. The support for multiple languages is also super easy to use and doesn't require a team of 50.

modern platform using modern tech and every day app kind of easy... not much to dislike.

Well positioned platform focuses on communication of KPIs. If you need to deploy quickly and safely, look no further.
