Outstanding Product!! Saves you 6 months of work compared to BI tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan looks great, feels great, it's easy to use, easy to implement. What we've achieve with Toucan in a matter of weeks would have taken us at least 6 months to do with a mainstream BI tool. A well)thought of platform with a strong and compelling purpose in mind. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would to see an enhanced workflow in the back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make analytics accessible to any relevant stakeholders, without conditions related to their data literacy level.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's been an important and impactful solution to us as a small business looking to create a reporting module within our product.
Toucan's ease of integration, speed of deployment and no-code interface means that we were able to get started immediately, WITHOUT needing to hire an expert or a reporting resource. Amazing customer service that I forgot existed in Analytics.

With covid hitting hard, we chose to invest in Toucan to transform data we had into premium insights for our customers.
This was largely a winning move. Toucan is easy to use for us, easy to use for our customers, it doesn't require a technical team, meaning you can get started right away and won't have to hire anyone. The customer support service is amazing too. Great to have peers like the folks at Toucan help you when you need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Toucan ability to deploy high quality dashboards in unbeatable time to market is what makes this solution a true life saver.
Well thought of design and overall user experience makes this the idea tool to leverage any analytical work already done by communicating clear insights to all.

Could be useful to see some back end development, with more options in terms of charts, for example.

Focus on the data that matters and communicate it clearly and easily to the relavant stakeholders quickly and efficiently.
A HUGE upgrade to a CFO and his team. Fantastic Product.

Toucan's been a huge upgrade to the way we used to do analytics before. Modern product with an easy to use interface. It's kept our data secure, while making it easy to access and understand by relevant team members.

I would like to see an upgrade on the creation on chart interface.

Setting up a safe process for financial data communication, and making it easy to understand and access by finance users within the group.
Incredible Reporting Product that'll WOW your customers
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan's in-app dashboards, the no code studio for data storytelling, the fast time to market and the seamless integration of Toucan have made it the ideal tool and best partner for our small business. Toucan WOWs our prospects and customers during demos, which has allowed us to increase business opportunities and create a strong differentiation in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about this. So far so good.

Toucan is a young company, with it comes an amazing customer service and a lot of other advantages you won't find in larger businesses.
However, I would like to see more fluidity in the product processes, such as the ability to create tiles in any size I'd like.

Toucan helped our business put data in the hands of our customers. The end user experience is easy and quick to get for anyone, which is a huge added value for us, our product, and our clients. Toucan is also easy and flexible to integrate within our existing tech stack.

Would love to be able to schedule excel reports.

Honestly there are not much things I dislike. Only some suggestions to make this great tool even better:
