a flexible solution to meet your CLM needs.
What do you like best about the product?
We like a lot that the tool is flexible in it's configuration able to meet a variety of business scenario's & needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibilty of the system also make the administrative overhead higher then other solutions. Design, Documentation, & Testing can take a significant amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the viscosity in our Contract Life Cycle Management processes. Allowing self-service workflows for the business, and enabling our contract managers to efficiently review contracts & move them through the process.

The partnership and committment from Agiloft to provide sucessful solutions for its clients
What do you dislike about the product?
too many config options create significant complexity. Would also like Agiloft to provide more expert guidance in strategic decisions as a trusted partner

standard contracting lifecycle management, reporting and analytics, clause and template library
Agiloft is a very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to use agiloft to tailor a contract management system that fits our process and one that we were able to train all employees on. I think our favorite feature is its adaptability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve when getting started with the software. I do not think it is fair to cutom design a software to a company's processes and expect it to be the most user friendly software in the world, so this was expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dozens of sites across the countries and are constantly acquiring more companies at our business, so Agiloft helps us get all our pertinant legal documents in one place.
The Agiloft build for our organization has been collaborative, comprehensive, and expansive.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization is key for our complex organization. With many approval steps, impacted departments and teams, the ability to customize, alter, re-think, adjust and then implement has been key in using Agiloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a complex Agiloft KB means support needs to be customized. Day in, day out support has been challenging. Dedicated support would be helpful to our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of required approval steps in our organization has been key in our contract management suite. Uniformity in contract and vendor submission, approval, processing has increased ten-fold.
Easy to use, customizable to your business
What do you like best about the product?
I am very impressed with how the software is adaptable to any business. Our company has many different divisions and we are able to track all the documents equally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the behind-the-scenes setup wasn't so complicated. As admin of the software for my company I have a file full of notes on how to set things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the software to track the lifecycle of our valuable documents and also to send reminders on tasks that periodically happen. This feature is used by our entire company to set up task reminders that may not occur but once every 5 years. It allows us to set up a backup person just in case the original person may have changed positions or left the company.
Agiloft for Contract and Vendor Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and ability of being able to make the Agiloft system work for you through custom configurations clearly stands out. Our implementation consisted of a multitude of custom builds, and everything has worked well. As we mature in our contracting process, we've found the need to make many updates to forms, fields, and tables, and all have been easy - even without a high-level development background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some custom configurations are a bit tricky to learn, and require manual, repetitive tasks to properly implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of our vendor program, monitoring of contract lifecycles, and streamlining internal reviews/approvals. This is allowing us to mature our entire Vendor Management program, and develop a policy.
Truly Agile System
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is easy to use, fully customizable and robust in the ways data can be stored. I am able to train new staff members easily and also refer them to the knowledge base for a plethora of information and trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature is its inability to recall an email. Not all of my correspondences to clients are scripted. Some are drafted in the suite and send from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a central repository of all contract and contract-related documents. It is easy to train new staff and has a lot of training suites and resources available.
Best CLM system I've experienced to date !
What do you like best about the product?
The super-detailed configuration capability is outstanding. The flexibility of user-specific customization (e.g., dashboards, views, saved searches, etc.) has been a boon to stakeholder adoption. Integration with other systems (e.g., MS Office add-ins, e-signature providers, ERP systems, etc.) has also increased the efficiency of business processes involved with- and/or adjacent to our contracting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
With great configuration capability comes great responsibility (and a need for some technical expertise). Admins need to be relatively tech-savvy in order to be able to support further configuration enhancement or adjustment to future changing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Agiloft CLM, our contracting process involved several different, separate systems that offered extremely little visibility to our Business stakeholders - 1 for contract request intake and tracking, MS Office for document development/negotiation, an e-signature tool, and ultimately a final document repository. Contract renewal tracking was also disjointed and inconsistent.
It was refreshing to work with such an amazing vendor!!
What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager, I loved using their Knowledge Base. It was very easy for me to track tasks for both internal and Agiloft teams and send them reminders. Everything they provided us made my job easier. Kristen was outstanding!!! I absolutely enjoyed working with her!! She has most definitely become my favorite vendor PM. I would recommend this group to anyone, I am sad that we will go live soon because they will be missed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The was a small error when they sent over our detailed hours billed, but this issue was very minor. They did not send the complete document but after reaching out to Kristen, this was fixed very quickly. Small hiccups happen!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a contract management tool that would be automated and they provided a high quality tool that can do everything that the contract management team needed. It is easily a huge upgrade from the system we previously used.
Flexibility to build to our current and changing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Scalable to our complex needs. Flexible to setup and modify. Clean user interface. Workflow automation is a powerful tool. Implementation team was knowledgeable, professional and were very collaborative - sharing their experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administrative management of licenses (e.g. detailed activity reports by user, etc) was cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, allows our team to provide better customer service and enhance internal cross-team efficiencies. Replaced email communications with automatic notifications and approvals. OCR attachments which allow users to use string search for documents. Easy and flexible creation of searches for end-user self-service - this is in addition to pre-set searches and reports. Interfaced with several different systems allowing for automatic the flow of data that would otherwise either be re-typed based on an email or lookup in the other system.
