Good
What do you like best about the product?
So I've been using Agiloft for a bit now, and I gotta say it's been pretty solid overall. What I really like is how you can customize basically everything. We’ve managed to set it up to fit exactly what our team needs, which is great. The automation features really help too—things like contract reminders and automatic approvals have saved us so much time, we don’t need to chase after people or dates anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s kinda complicated at first. There’s a ton of options and figuring out how to set it up exactly how you want can be a bit of a headache, especially if you're new to it. Plus, the interface is not the prettiest. It works fine but feels kinda outdated, if you know what I mean. But all in all, once you get past the setup, it really does the job. I’d recommend it for teams who need something powerful for contract management and are okay with a bit of a learning curve at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft has helped us fix problems with managing contracts manually. We used to miss deadlines and approvals, but now, with automated reminders and everything in one place, it's much easier to stay organized. It’s also standardized our processes, so things run smoother. The setup was tricky at first, but once we got the hang of it, it made a big difference.

Best Contract Management for Property Management
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Agiloft about 5 years ago now and it has completly changed how we handle contracts from request to execution, and all the way to billing. We use to handle the whole process via email, and the was a cumbersome process, however after coming across Agiloft and seeing the custom features and abilities it's capable of, we went to work in implementing the program and haven't looked back. Apart of standardizing and centarlzing our contract management process, the best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful of a tool Agiloft is, it would be great if it was more simplified so that we can implement new features faster into our workflows, rather then waiting of consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to handle the whole process via email and things were always missed. However with Agiloft, we were able to standardize and centarlze our contract management process for our operations teams. The best feature is that fact that we were able to integrate with our billing system so that once a contract is executed, it can create the billing and send it to our billing system, rather then having it missed or manually entered.
Agiloft does more than we were hoping for in a CLM and helps to streamline our process.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many features of the system but what I like best would be that we can select various terms and conditions and the system will recognize what cluases need to go in the agreement based on the selection in the fields and populate a complex agreement that would otherwise take hours to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pain point is that each agreement and corresponding amendment is its own record and while they can be linked as related agreements, there is no record that combines all terms and can give a quick overview of all current terms (for example if salary changed in the first amedment, PTO changed in the second amendment and schedule changed in the third amendment....I cannot pull up one record to see what all current terms are. I have to open each record to see what changed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft streamlines the process of obtaining terms for the agreements from other departments, creates our agreements and then sends the terms to various other departments after the agreement is executed. Prior to Agiloft this was all a manual process and took hours.
Agiloft is my co-worker
What do you like best about the product?
Training new users is fast & easy (10-15 minutes); very easy to make changes to our system without Agiloft help; customer support has been fantastic and cost effective the few times I've had to reach out; I use Agifoft more than any other system we have. We were up and running Agiloft with only a 3 month implemetation period. Much of that fast timeframe was because of the implementers knowledge about basic contract managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough time in my schedule to spend with system changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contract drafts; maintaining current agreements; renewals; full execution of documents; locating contracts
Level 2 Admin/App Support for Users
What do you like best about the product?
Although I'm new to this program and our implementation of it, the migration to Agiloft was streamlined and smooth as we received support in the process. Having Agiloft University as a basis for education was valuable in both discovering the program's abilities and how to support users as a Level 2 Admin. When receiving a request from a user to make changes or updates, researching on what actions to take to resolve the ticket was simple and easy, so far. Just a simple websearch will pull up lots of results from Agiloft, and the most relevant is usually the first one, if not the first few. Even though this program is used daily, we have not had many help tickets opened since we integrated it, which is a very good thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are none so far. As of this review, it's only been our 6th month using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the users, it's saving time and effort by having a repository of contracts created and managed, instead of using email or other software for signatures only. Agiloft is a one-stop shop program that has all the functionality that we need and use. As an admin, I'm able to provide support with ease, and escalate to Agiloft support if needed. So far, I haven't had to do so, with the level of support I'm providing.
Agiloft helps streamline and drive efficiency in our contracts process!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a "one stop shop" for all things contracts. It captures our process, and has lots of capabilities we could still add on. We can generate templates, we can save key clauses, we can compare past versions, and we can store everything in one place, which makes negotiations much easier to track. Especially when something sits for a month between touches, I can easily see what I did last. It allows me to take notes and capture them, so that when I need to compile notes for approval, it is already there. It has capabilities with AI and software integration that we could also tap into. The implementation process was smooth, but there was a lot to consider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users say that it is not user friendly or intuitive. I am so close with it, it's hard to be a good judge of this. Generally, we get great feedback from our users. We have many users who log in less frequently, so it is harder for them to get the hang of it when they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft solved the problem of not having any automation in our system. We used it to combine three separate processes all into one. It has driven efficiency across the board. Our admin is able to use her time to devote to other things, not just logging contract intake. We have added a ton of efficiency since adding Agiloft.
Contract Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft Contract Management Suite has afforded us the opportunity to manage a vast amount of contracts and modifications in one place where once we were using paper contracts while obtaining original signatures on everything. Time has been taken back by using CMS to allow for greater investment of the teams' time with performance management of these activities. There is so much capability and ease of use of this system and we are still tapping into the tip of the iceburg and exploring further items on our priority lists, as a valuable resource for our team as well as other partnering agencies involved in our collective work. We use CMS daily and the ease of integration with other facets -systems in use for the Department's needs are exemplary. Our Customer Service Support Team is AMAZING and incredibly responsive and accomodating to our "wish lists" and trouble shooting requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to explore building out additional reporting capability which I am certain is there, but we will delve into further sometime in 2024.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building contracts, modifications for various new programs launched in 2023. Contracting has never been easier to manage since starting to use in 2018.
Highly configurable contract lifecycle tool with a clean interface
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft was chosen upon leading a competitive demo process against five other tools.
Our implementation team was superb - they offered relevant insights about our potential ways of working, and really understood our use cases well. We came prepared after workshopping our needs with internal stakeholders and aligning on core processes prior to system selection.
Our users appreciate the clean interface and how configurable it is, so we can capture the right data at the right time. The internal customers like the ease of using the intake form, which we configured with conditional logic, so they only answer relevant questions for the type of contract they are requesting. The contract writers appreciate the plug ins for Outlook and Word, and the smooth integration with DocuSign (for many of them, this is their first CLM experience). Our technical team successfully integrated Agiloft with our existing systems for purchase requisitions, vendors, personnel, compliance, and reporting, so our data aligns with other enterprise systems.
We are receiving consistently positive feedback from our users, and are planning configuration enhancements to fine tune our experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is highly configurable, but also fussy to configure, requiring an advanced user to set up. The results are also a bit plain. We are leveraging the Tableau integration to present that data in more appealing ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company outgrew our prior CLM, which wasn't able to scale to meet our growth, integration needs, or expanded workflows. Agiloft has been flexible and configurable enough to allow our work to proceed in fit-for-purpose workflows with integrated enterprise data and the flexibility to manage different types of contracts that require different process participants.
A powerful end to end CLM tool that will transform your contract management processes
What do you like best about the product?
Agiloft is highly configurable and offers the full spectrum of contract management functionality. It can be adapted to the specific use cases and needs of the organisation. The concurrent user license model enables the tool to be used widely without having to justify the cost of individual licenses for specific users.
Robust access permissions enable tight control over access to data. The user interface can be configured so that it only displays information relevant to the user role. Custom workflows can be designed as really simple, or highly complex and automated with conditionality on field values. Validation steps can be built to ensure a high level of data integrity and process compliance. Fields can be made conditional (for example based on contract type), mandatory, optionally with pre-filled default values, and can created in numerous styles including multi-choice lists, radio buttons, free text.
Advanced search functionality is highly powerful, and can be used to create sophisticated drillable dashboards and reports. The global search and quick search functionality enable users to find relevant records quickly, including via both keywords (documents are OCR'd) and meta data fields.
Contract templates can be integrated and auto-populated based on user input, enabling fast and simple creation of approved agreements without the need for legal team involvement. Email integration captures outbound and inbound emails relating to a contract record. Version control and on the fly redlining makes it easier to track changes during contract negotiation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to grips with how to configure the system requires an investment of time, but it worthwhile in helping to understand Agiloft's capabilities and how best to design it. The online Agiloft University certification programme helps local IT teams become self-sufficient in configuration after initial implementation; whilst very comprehensive, this is extremely time consuming and we found that learning through design sessions with the implementation team was more effective.
The user-interface can appear complex initally, and requires careful design to ensure that it is a simple and intiutive as possible.
Import of disorganised collections of legacy contracts is best achieved by cleansing prior to migration; for example Agiloft does not include technology to identify duplicate agreements. The AI Platform can be trained to help capture meta data but as with all AI tools, some manual review will always be required.

Efficient and easy to use platform for handling your contract needs
What do you like best about the product?
The Agiloft CMS has a user friendly interface and is customizable to meet any process need. We were able to launch our MVP with minimal user training and have contracts uploaded with ease. The data capture is clear and has clean search/reporting capabilities on the contract portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional plugins are not as customizable as we would like them to be now. For the MS Word plugin (contract assistant), we'd like to be able to adjust the metadata fields and make it fit closer to the firm's ideal processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agiloft is providing us with a source of truth - a database that will eventually house ALL contract types that our firm handles. Through the data fields we've captured on our contracts, we're able to see what commitments we've made to our clients and increase our overall compliance.
