What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy to use Mobile app that allows for notifications to authenticate access, the response time is quick, and it's easy to manage access for different applications through the app
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to integrate with other products and may require a custom connection but overall there aren't many cons for the tool- it does its job well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage access to different applications, authenticate users when trying to sign on and assign different roles and permissions based on business need for users

One convenient tool for quick log in on multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Working remotely comes with a lot of password security, a lot of log ins and a lot of clearing cache so it's been amazing to use one platform to log into everything and it's also great to let go of the infinite list of bookmarks and shortcuts I need everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point out at this moment because it has worked perfectly for my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working at a tech start up in a fully remote environment means there are a lot of platforms with a demanding security protocol so having Okta as a single sign in platform has been very helpful.
Best SSO Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Okta has a large list of applications that it can integrate with which is a big plus. This list is constantly growing. Also, the ease of using it from a user perspective is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of integration with each application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users with SSO and helps the process of access revocation seamless and effortless.
Exceptional and secure identity application tool
What do you like best about the product?
Okta aids in software security since you can access them all in one app. All your logins can be saved for quicker access, and push notifications display in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issue with Okta is that, as a result of its secure login and two-factor authentication, it can occasionally be challenging to access. You may need to enter the 2-factor more than once before it finally works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app's dashboard and user interface are easy to navigate, which is excellent for new users. It offers security since you can access all your apps through one software.

with our organization there are 3 steps to log in, sometimes that's frustrating

most of us work remote so it's great to access because of that

What do you like best about the product?
Okta holds all of your work apps under one roof - one tab and one sign-in! I love that it also gives me the option to save passwords and sites for my personal and organize them within okta.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta tends to sign out in increments, I wish that this could be set up to a preference instead of needing to sign in multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta keeps me from having to save access to multiple browsers and combines all of my daily apps used with one sign-in. Allowing me to be more proficient at work.
Convenient and Easy Tool to Access Company Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and keeps me from having to log into all of my work apps individually. All I have to do is log in to Okta at the start of the day, and Okta logs me into everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta does require me to reset my password every three months, which can be tedious (but I understand that it is more secure that way).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for me to access company software while working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
All the apps and sites are in one place and you see them first when you log in.

Very small session period. If you use the app each day, you have to go through the verification step with each login.

We used it for authenticating the users and grouping all the technologies and apps in one place.

The most helpful feature of Okta is the simplicity of controlling all the access from different platforms allowing and controlling those access to keep control of every single platform

Sometimes it is difficult to identify how many platforms have access /or how many times a user has accessed it in a certain period.
