User Friendly and Powerful ETL Platform with First-Class Support
What do you like best about the product?
Etleap is an extremely easy to use platform and performs as advertised. The documentation is well organized, the UI is intuitive, and ETL configuration is relatively simple. Great for data teams that want a force multiplier. Additionally, the technical support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to the Etleap team executing on their development roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Etleap reduces the business effort required to build and maintain ETL pipelines.

Incredible Customer Support & Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate the Ease of Use and number of wrangling operations available when parsing different data sources.
The ability to create and monitor DBT schedules are of high importance to us as well.
The team is readily available when issues arise, and we are confident that our data modeling capabilities will continuously be improved in the future with ETLeap's help.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issues regarding some of the pipeline parsing can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data movement from source to destination, and orchestration of data modeling schedules.
Great product, customer support, and technical team
What do you like best about the product?
The product is simple to use and mostly intuitive making it very easy to implement and integrate new pipelines. The support team are excellent. The development of new connectors as part of the product offering is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating pipelines for a goven connection could be easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost of existing pipeline suppliers and requirement to use different tools for different types of integration.
Zero ETL/ELT at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Etleap zero/no code capabilities helped team to on board new data sets at the pace the company is going. Customer support and their technical support are top notch where we coud get issues resolved. Their platform capabiltiy to install in secure manner and the platform scalablity using technologies like EMR make the product unique in its way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having additional features to have more visibility to logs helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With limited resources supporting enterprise data. Etleap is really a game changer which helped us to scale and support various busienss domains.

What do you like best about the product?
ETleap has been an excellent solution for us as a start up building a modern analytics tech stack. It's a cost effective solution with game-changing customer support. Their technical expertise starts at the top with their CEO. Just get on a sales call with Etleap vs some of these other competitors and right away you'll experience the difference. They are knowledgeable consultants / advisors who can speak to both engineering and business stakeholders. This was in stark contrast to other conversations we had with sales reps trying to hit their quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've faced challenges with our events pipeline with high volume of raw, messy data which has required extra time to get working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets data from various different destinations into one place (redshift) for us to transform and model.
ETLeap Scales Tech and Data with a Customer Focus
What do you like best about the product?
ETLeap as a product has the main focus around customer experience. The technology is there and scales beautifully to fulfill the needs of our business. The most important aspect of any piece of software is the customer support. ETLeap as a company nails this everytime. They are responsive, knowledgable and communicate concisely for any questions or issues we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything I wish we had more control over costs. Even though the ETLeap team's support is amazing and their advice on costs is exactly what we need, I would like to have more information about the underlying technical aspects related to my pipelines. In their defense I am often listed as a poweruser and would like all of the information all of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETLeap alllows us to correctly implement our data-mesh organizational structure and give our data producers control over their data without disrupting operations. Our consumers and producers now have a platform they can use to talk about the data ETLeap is transforming for them.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with the etleap software and team for over 3 years now. I have enjoyed working with them because they have great communication skills and can understand the issues quickly. The software is also easy to use and a very low code enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the one thing I dislike is not having the ability to change the back end of an api being connected into etleap as a user I would like that.

We as a business use etleap to connect mutiple different api's to our aws reshift database to house all our data in one location.

Etleap truly stands out for its robust integration capabilities, offering a holistic and seamless platform from data extraction, loading and transformation process across wide variety of sources and destinations.Our switch from Fivetran in late 2022 was initially met with apprehension, yet the exceptional support from Christian, James, and the entire Etleap team ensured a smooth transition, meeting our needs with minimal disruption. Its cost-effectiveness further highlights Etleap's value, offering a broad range of features at competitive prices. Additionally, Etleap's responsiveness to our evolving needs, from new connectors to user experience enhancements, coupled with the support team's prompt and expert assistance, firmly establishes it as a leading solution for data integration.I highly recommend to anyone looking to start or migrate from another solution for their data integration requirements.

Etleap has made great strides in enhancing its user interface for better usability. Further amplifying this improvement with more comprehensive documentation and expanded self-training materials would truly elevate the user experience to new heights.

Etleap tackles the challenge of integrating disparate data sources into a unified, manageable system, greatly simplifying our data management and analysis. By streamlining the extract and load tasks, it allows us to devote more resources to building data products, deriving actionable insights, and enhancing data governance
Very usable platform, we replaced multiple other vendors and DIY open source tools with ETLeap
What do you like best about the product?
They were able to engage with us at whatever level we needed, we were able to automate the processes that required automation but we were also able to allow users to self provision where that made sense. ETLeap is incredibly responive to requests from users
What do you dislike about the product?
When we implemented we found that some of the components we needed to use lacked some logging / error visibility capacity. However ETLeap was able to support us immediately in most cases and they were also able to improve the UX as we went.

Multiple pipelines into Invision from multiple external sources.
