What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Calabrio ONE is that it is easy to view my schedule for the week and also for the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it sometimes does not show accurate leave hours making it impossible to book leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio is solving error issues and guaranteeing our customers to receive quality interaction. It solves error issues by helping the payroll specialist go back and evaluate that interaction to see if it was a Paychex error or a client error. However, I wish the interactions were easier to find by the client ID.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it always reminds me aux the correct code at any given time. I also like how I get to see how the entire day is scheduled as soon as I log on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it does not enable me to see other departments schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my short memory problem and benefits me by being my reminder at all times.

You can see the plan of the day, your schedules for the day and month. You can book leave or even swap working shifts

i honestly think this was designed perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and specificity for narrowing down results when it comes to finding a particular call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Calabrio One. It is an excellent business tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving verbal disputes between Guests and Team Members that require immediate resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio is very use full and easy to use in day to day we all will check with the sceduled floks with there adherence to not impacy for the business requirement for the day to day. The integration of the tool is very user friendly and The software was designed with ease of implementation in mind.It's usually reactive, meaning that the support team responds to customer inquiries as they come in, and tries to resolve any issues as quickly and effectively as possible & as documented by the number of times per day, week, or month, as appropriate, a supply is used by the individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thers is no major issue found while using with the application it is good and user friendly for ever one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining your contact center data with Calabrio ONE information can help you solve your unique business problems – from call volume or staffing changes to marketing campaign updates. Unify data from multiple sources into a single repository to gain and act on insights about your customers faster.

Time zone can make things confusing when you are searchinf for calls withing time frames

the interface is the best part it's really easy to use and all the shorcuts are beside of the action itself so it's really intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio ONE is really easy to use, very intuitive and easy to integrate with other tools that we use. Also, the possibilities that it gives our users to manipulate their schedules and opportunities of self trading is a great resource. The fact of being an online tool is also a plus one, because users can have access to their schedules at anytime and anywhere, this is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be improved as they are not as easy to use as the other resources.
