I like the fact that its Centralized Management system. the fact that you can, manage security configurations and controls from a single point, it's really useful and simple

What I like best about Hybrid Cloud Security is its unified visibility across both on-premises and cloud environments, which allows security teams to seamlessly monitor and manage threats from a single platform. What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hybrid Cloud Security is that the initial setup can be pretty complex and time consuming it definitely requires some technical expertise to get everything configured properly. I also faced a few issues when trying to integrate it with existing tools like our SIEM, which made things a bit harder to manage at first. Another thing is that maintaining full visibility across both on-prem and cloud environments isn’t always straightforward; sometimes it feels like there are blind spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hybrid Cloud Security helps me deal with one of the biggest challenges I face with clients keeping security consistent across both cloud and on-prem environments. A lot of companies have gaps in visibility or use separate tools that don’t talk to each other. With this solution, I can manage everything from one place, detect threats faster, and make sure policies are applied across the board. It also makes compliance easier, especially for clients in industries with strict regulations. It saves time, reduces risk, and gives me peace of mind that the environment is secure and well monitored.

It solves our security headaches in the cloud. Basically, it's saving us time and worry while keeping our stuff secure.

I like how easy it was to setup without any issues & also the dashboard which gives quick overview of security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find it liltle bit overpriced. But I strongly believe there will be some new additional features upcoming to make it worth paying that price.

Good product for medium sized companies
What do you like best about the product?
Simple for the end users to tackle issues. It has good connectivity to other applications. Its pretty much does very good in behaviour monitoring, firewall, URL monitoring, application control etc.Its one of the best in a one stop solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a very resource intensive program. Licensing is expensive compared to the competitors. Some ransomwares can still go undetected by Trend Micro although its very minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us in monitoring endpoint devices. Its a one stop solution and integrating seamlessly with other tools like connectwise and easy management for admins. Its also helping us in moving towards XDR which is the next step of EDR.

What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Hybrid Cloud Security is loved beacuses of its advanced features to protect cloud environment. Some of the features are its unified security management which offers centralized platform for managing security, its Scalibility and Flexibility with support for various cloud platform and deployment models, custumer support of the product is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much things to dislike in this product few of them are its complexity in inital setup which can be done properly by trained engineers, its integration challenges with third-party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product is helping in providing Adaptive Threat protection, Data protection and Privacy which includes data protection features such as encryption, data loss prevention.
