What do you like best about the product?
Functionality of jaspersoft, user experience are really good. We can able to manage our reports efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Liked all the attributes of jaspersoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports generation for our organization. We can able to manage our reports efficiently and able to keep reports in a organized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I could see everything in jaspersoft which a reporting tool should have. Apart from just developing and publishing reports, we did explored overnight scheduling reports followed by automatic mail confirmation etc.
What best one can have when we can get all the reporting data ready made on our

Meets our fundamental needs for a reporting tool with a lot of flexibility and low cost.

very responsive support. flexibility. Well known, established product so the searchable knowledge base out there on the web is pretty extensive.

can be somewhat complex. Because of the ability to customize, some tools that you would expect to be available might not be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to generate reports, and provide some ability for the users to make minor modifications on their own.

Chosen for its Linux support several years ago and integration abilities. Very flexible platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at adding feature enhancements or bug fixes. Removal of Chromium from the products still causes problems for us.

Jaspersoft enables us to transform huge volumes of complex networking data into insights simple for our customers to consume. Our customers appreciate our pre-packaged reports and the ability to create their own ad hoc insights.

I appreciate the flexibility Jaspersoft provides - the variety of reports I can create is amazing!

More documentation to ensure I am being the most efficient I can be while using the software.

Jaspersoft allows me to customize a wide range of reports to support my client's financial and operational needs.
I am a systems engineer and the install and setup are pretty painless - support is great
What do you like best about the product?
I can only speak from and installation and configuration perspective . It is pretty easy to install on a Linus env. Connects to multiple data enviroments we use MSL Server. Upgrades are easy. Support is pretty quick and easy to get. eays to enter cases and you get good support from those servicing those requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the loggin could be a little better - when investigating issues is to hard sometimes to find out what is going on from the logs.
