Druva SaaS data protection provides simplicity, security and savings compared to legacy solutions. Enhance data security and cyber resilience by protecting workloads across cloud, data centers and remote sites from a single platform.

    Overview

Druva provides a SaaS platform that radically simplifies backup, recovery, and DR of modern workloads in remote offices, data centers, and the cloud. Start protecting files (Windows, Linux, Amazon FSx, Amazon EFS), VMs (VMware, Hyper-V, Amazon EC2, Azure VM), DBs (Oracle/MS-SQL), and NAS storage wherever they run in minutes with no software, hardware, or support contracts. Druva scales on demand to protect 1000s of systems and PBs of data with secure, offsite storage of data for compliance and DR. By reducing complexity and infrastructure dependencies Druva can cut your data protection TCO by up to 40% compared to legacy solutions.

    • Intuitive and easy user experience: Built-in workflow templates to configure and schedule policies globally or regionally with role-based access controls (RBAC).
    • Massive storage reduction: Global source deduplication reduces network bandwidth and storage utilization across cloud storage tiers.
    • Automated long-term retention: Tier unique blocks to cold storage or backup large files directly to AWS S3 Glacier.
    • More than ransomware protection: Go beyond protection to detect, respond, and recover faster.
    • One-click Cloud DR: Enhances business resilience with automated and orchestrated failover/failback and unlimited testing.

Druva Phoenix Business: All workloads, 1-2 sites Druva Phoenix Enterprise: Multiple sites, admins, & regions, DRaaS (option)

    Highlights

    • SaaS backup & recovery reduces costs up to 40% by eliminating complexity and costs found in legacy backup solutions. Global deduplication, automated tiering for long-term retention, and archiving to cold storage drive greater storage savings.
    • Cloud DR: Enhance backup and recovery with seamless failover of VMs into customer-owned Amazon VPC. When a disaster occurs, backup snapshots are used to launch Amazon EC2 instances which can recover any number of VMs in under 30 minutes.
    • Safe & secure: Zero-trust architecture eliminates SSH access to production nodes. Backup data encrypted in-flight (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) with unique keys controlled by customers. Nothing executes on storage, thwarting ransomware.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very comforting knowing that when you need a backup it's there, in such an easy and quick way to retrieve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had no complaints so far, as far as I can tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Occasionally we have some users who accidentally will "move" files. (delete) Druva has been excellent in the recovery process to gain these files back for our users.

Rock solid backup for sql, file servers and nas – zero hassle

What do you like best about the product?
once it’s set up, it just runs. backups for our sql dbs, file servers and nas have been super reliable. i like that the ui is clean, and alerts/reporting help me stay on top of things. no need to constantly check or babysit jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
ui gets a bit sluggish when going through older job logs. nas backup reporting could be more detailed like other workloads. would also be nice to have more granular user permissions in the admin portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we needed a simple, reliable way to back up our sql dbs, file servers and nas without dealing with tapes or complex on-prem stuff. druva made that easy. now we don’t worry about backup failures or missing restore points. saves time, less stress, and gives us confidence things are covered.

What do you like best about the product?
We have found Druva easy to deploy and manage. We secure our off-site worker's data and have never had to worry about reliability or disconnected clients. (Both issues we've experienced with other solutions)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing to be dissatisfied with. The product is solid, support and engagement have all been stellar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many off-site workers with critical data. Druva maintains our data resiliency with appropriate security assurance.

Druva just works in the background until you need it to be center stage

What do you like best about the product?
Druva just works. End users never even know it is there until something goes wrong and need to access it, then it has no problem standing center stage and being in the spotlight as it saves the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
LET ME SORT COLUMNS IN FEDERATED SEARCH!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an extremely easy to use cloud backup solution for our hybrid (and leaning more remote than not) organization. After first login it just works day after day, backup after backup, without skipping a beat.

I'll keep Druva. It works great for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I am increasingly concerned about AI and other software that can invade or find access to peoples' privacy. It can be very costly in so many ways to be deceived like that. It is a very fearful world we live in now when you need to fear criminals invading your living room and/or your organization.

Druva is easy to implement and manage. Druva's customer support is second to none.

It's a real jungle out their folks! Stay safe!
What do you dislike about the product?
Druva has a number of new features that can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is securely backing up the organizations data.
